Dunkin' — Restaurant in Malden

Went to the drive thru this morning at around 8:20 and ordered a hot latte and Avocado toast, they didn't have splenda for my latte and they didn't have Avocado toast, even though it was displayed large on the middle of the menu screen. So, I ordered egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich on a croissants instead and was charged $9.29 together with the latte, while waiting outside the window, I saw a guy inside and it looked like he was fixing a clogged drain as a I saw him pouring hot water to it and while trying to fit the black rubber to this yellow round plastic that looks like a drain stopper or something, it looks nasty and dirty, although he was wearing gloves, he touched almost everything in the area including the coffee dispenser handles when he was getting hot water, spreading everything whatever was on that yellow round plastic. It was disgusting! Then the woman handed my order, lo and behold, it was a bagel and cream cheese, I pulled to the parking lot and went inside the store, she handed me another bag, checked on it and it was the right one, but the way it was prepared it looks like somebody chewed it and spit it out. If I could give this location among two other locations in Lowell, a MINUS 5 star rating that would be giving them justice! The order’s are ALWAY -ALWAYS -ALWAYS WRONG & food is OLD!!!!! Today I ordered a large hot chocolate and two donuts! I got a warm (not hot mind you) watered down coffee and two stale donuts! I had to drive all the way back and exchange my coffee! The kid mafe me a new hot chocolate, thank god I tasted it before I left because it was coconut flavored and he had to make me a new one! The new one was also warm and watered down! Today will be my last day going to DD’s! The quality has been slipping for the past five years and now it’s just awful! There was a time when Dunkin Donuts actually made great coffee & made their own delicious donuts! It is very unfortunate the quality of the products being sold to consumers now! It is truly an insult to what was once a great coffee shop on the go! I will not be surprised when Starbucks eventually shuts down all the DD’s! The only reason DD’s are still in existance is due to pure convenience! I will travel the extra mile actually get a cup of coffee that doesn’t resemble dirty water and food is fresh!

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life. Rudest nastiest manager and staff. I've been here several times over the past few years mostly because I have to and every time it's something. They consistently get orders wrong then when you politely ask to correct a mistake the manager immediately says "you didn't order that" and starts blaming you and calling you names. It feels like the customer service twilight zone. They do the opposite of every good customer service best practice. Normally I'm too busy to deal with them and drive away. But I've finally had it. They now have a practice of immediately throwing away and not giving customers receipts so they can later blame customers when there are missing items. Stay far away.
