I have never in my life took the time to write out a review for a business, but my experience tonight at this Domino's location all but made me. I simply wanted to order 1 pan crust pizza, a very simple order. I called, placed the order at 7:14 p.m. according to my phone log... then proceed to pull through the drive thru around 7:40... I am told there had been a mix up, and my pizza had just been put in the oven, pull back around in 7-10 minutes... Ok, well thats annoying but no harm, no foul... I pull back around at 7:54... to be told the EXACT same story about a glitch in the system and they had lost my order... and ill take your order again by a taller gentleman. So, i feel like -- ok, i will be very patient because i know times are hard, and people are working hard, and doing their best? I would hope...... However, after repeating the process yet again around 8:10... I literally had had enough. So, I asked the one girl who was reasonably professional, Haley how in the world an order gets lost, twice... then repeated yet again if it wasnt on purpose? So, at 8:25... almost an hour and a half after my initial call, i left Dominos with no pizza and absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of basic professionalism and customer service. I never raised my voice, or caused a major scene... I was simply amazed at it all. Do better, Be better. There is absolutely NO need to ruin customer business for an established business due to simply refusing to adaquately perform basic working duties....
Read moreI just came from this place. I went inside to give my order for Friday. The old man took my order, but he didn't give me the receipt. I was already in my car so I had to go back inside to get the receipt. I wondered in the receipt it was $31.80+. I gave him $40, but I got $4+ for a change only. This old man was NEVER been honest in his job. So you guys, just giving u a head up, to always count your change. I think he intentionally NOT giving me the receipt so I wouldn't know the total amount of my order and just didn't care of my change. I was in a hurry. I had my daughter with me, she was the one who told me to just forget about it coz I went back inside once already. Then I need to go back inside the Dominos for the second time to explain that I didn't get the right change- takes too much time and...
Read moreI ordered two pizzas today, a thin crust and a brooklyn style pizza. Got my pizzas home, had two thin crusts. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. I called dominos and told the guy that answered what i had ordered, and that i got two thin crust pizzas.
Instead of saying "hey, our fault, lets fix this." I was told "uh no... we sent out a brooklyn style pizza." The guy was actively arguing with me about it on the phone. Told me to bring the pizza in and i did. When i got there, no apology. No "sorry we messed up." He picked up the thin crust pizza and looked at it, asked me if i wanted it back after having his hands on it... and then kept working like i had not just talked on the phone to him about it.
Own up to your mistakes. Fix it... and definitely dont argue with your customer when you...
