Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Malvern

The service we received at Popeyes was much appreciated. The staff members were very relevant, friendly, and polite. The man who took our order was very down to earth and understanding even when we asked for the extra biscuits we had ordered.

The dining room at Popeyes was actually very relaxed and comfortable. We picked it because we were looking for a quick meal with a casual dine-in experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and there was plenty of seating available during this particular time.

The popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders were delicious, as usual. They were perfectly cooked with a crispy coating and tender meat inside. The Mardi Gras Mustard is my favorite dipping sauce. I'd say that it definitely adds a little extra kick but never too much. The portions are always generous and offer good value for money, making it an affordable option for our budget.

The red beans and rice are my absolute favorite side dish. They always perfectly complement any of the main dishes. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery, with a warm and comforting taste. I always save my biscuits for last so I can eat them with the fabulous honey, like a dessert.

I haven't tried the strawberry biscuits yet. I would love a try before you buy coupon but who wouldn't? I doubt they're anything less than amazing, perhaps my next review will...

I called from Hot Springs and placed my order so I could drive thru on my one hour drive home from the hospital. I realize they were closing in 45 minutes and I also realize the guy didn't know I'd had devastating news but I still didn't need him to question me TWICE about if I could get there on time after I'd told him I would be. I got to the drive through 10 minutes earlier than promised, thinking I could get the food I'd ordered 30 minutes before, had to wait behind two cars to even get to the speaker to let them know I was there, told her I'd called in an order, she said pull up but there was 4 cars ahead of me besides the one AT the pick up window and the one that had "pulled up a little" past the window. I sat there for another 15 minutes, and STILL hadn't made it to the pmt window. So I CALLED and explained my order should be ready, could I just come to the door, pay up, and get my food as I was in a hurry and that's why I'd called it in. He asked if I was in line and when I said I was, but there were still 4 cars ahead of me, he said THEY'D HAVE MY ORDER READY WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW...' Ordered my food online. Ordered my food in advance. Supposed to be ready at 5:50 p.m. I go in to pick my food up and they act like they've never seen my order before. Ask me to prove that I sent the order to the correct restaurant. I proved that I sent it to the correct restaurant and paid for it. There was an old guy there that I guess was the manager. And he rang up my food and made it reluctantly. Then when the food was ready he handed it to me and said well it just looks like you're getting free food. Let me remind you that I had paid $80 for this food. He embarrassed me inside Popeyes basically accusing me of stealing this food. After I had paid a lot of money for this food.
