McDonald's — Restaurant in Malvern

Zero Stars- Went through the drive-thru to get breakfast for our family- 2 meals & a sausage biscuit. We were asked to pull up after paying & receiving our drinks- okay, no big deal. We waited over 10 minutes, and 3-4 cars were backed up behind us. One of the workers came out with 3 different bags, no order labels on any of them, and asks us what we had and starts RUMMAGING through all of the bags with her bare hands, only for our order to not be there (crazy how labels would have told her that so she didn't have to dig through 3 different bags, touching everyone's food). It's been 13 minutes and our toddler was getting fussy, so we pulled into a parking space right in front of the pull-up area (my car is bright blue & very hard to miss). My husband goes inside to ask about our food & waits in line. There was one person ahead of him, waiting to order. The same server from before comes back in from outside, she says "I don't know, the guys with [our order] drove off," and starts pulling out the food & eating it herself, even after my husband said "That's what I ordered, I'm standing right here." We went to the McDonald's in Haskell (on our route) and got our breakfast in less than 5 minutes. Will not be returning to...

The crew aswell as the managers are fantastic, honestly I think this is probably the best McDonald's in Arkansas some of the fastest table workers you will ever see, and they are on the ball 💯💯 you can expect it to take a little longer if it's really busy but its still made in a timely manner I have myself been working with McDonald's for almost two years I know how it goes and it can be tough but all these workers get up everyday to reset the store and with good personalities the breakfast people are very good aswell as the lunch and closing, I worked at the Rock port McDonald's before and i miss it they are very understanding of your situations and the GM is very nice,there was a death in my family while I was working there and they were very understanding of my situation, aswell as when I was sick occasionally they were understanding, if you live in Malvern and are looking for a job that pays pretty good and will work with your availability you...

Went through drive which I typically come through 5 times per week close by my work. I get same meal almost everytime and use my McDonald's app. I selected on my app free medium fry with purchase of drink. She rings me up for Big Mac and medium fry. I tell her no my code is for free fry with purchase of drink. She than tells me again it's for a big Mac even though I'm clearly looking at it on my phone and get this meal 5 times per week. She than asked me if I have different code but I couldn't get another code because I had given it to her already and she had entered it not allowing me to do another one. Maybe next time take care of your customers and just let them pull on up to window to show what the app says instead of telling your customer he's wrong.
