Cotija Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Malvern

The waitress #1 didnt get all our order. #2 she brought me a plate that belonged at the other table. #3 She brought my guests food first and didnt bring mine till 15 min later (after my guest had finished eating) THEN when she did bring my food, it wasnt what i ordered. I was beyond upset. And when i went to pay thinking i would say something- she was my cashier. I ordered a burrito with ground beef, i recieved a steak burrito and she then explained that burrito only comes in steak. Well why didnt she tell me that when i ordered a ground beef burrito. The food is good and i have only had trouble with that particular waitress. Maybe she was new but it wasnt a good look. When people come to have dinner, they want to enjoy their food together- Not seperately. This is why restaurants fail: P.S the salsa tasted like pizza...

I will never eat here again. I used to order at least once a week. Tonight I made 2 orders. On one of the orders I ordered queso on 2 things and neither of them had queso. This is the second time in a row my order has been messed up. I called and explained my stuff had no queso. One of the items, ranchero chihuahua, literally comes with queso, yet still had none. The manager, Juan, then got on the phone and proceeded to ARGUE with me. Telling me “every time there’s a problem” like it’s my fault they messed up my order twice in a row… then continued to argue with me about my last order and this one. I suppose because I worked for him years ago when I was in high school, he thinks this is acceptable. He’s extremely unprofessional and after tonight I’ll never...

Came here because El Parian was packed. Awful service. They had live music so it was hard to hear but our waiter stood at the other end of the table and then got an Attitude with us when he couldn’t hear. I asked for no tomatoes - still got tomatoes. No big deal. I asked for a side of beans - didn’t get the beans but they definitely still had it on the ticket. Asked for it be removed. The waiter said “my bad.” No apology or anything. Brought back the receipt and just dropped it on our table even though I had my hand out to take it from him. I’m not normally one to complain as I know how crazy it can get being in customer service but it was just flat...
