On our way to Yosemite via Tioga Pass, we were desperate for a great cup of coffee, and Latte Da delivered beyond all expectations. This place isn't just a coffee shop; it's a destination. From the moment you pull off the highway, you can tell it's special. The coffee itself is top-tier. I had an oat milk latte that was perfectly craftedârich, smooth, and not a hint of bitterness. My partner's Americano was bold and flavorful, clearly made with high-quality beans. But the real surprise was the food! The breakfast burrito was a revelation: perfectly toasted, packed with fresh ingredients, and the perfect fuel for a day of hiking. The absolute best part, though, is their garden patio. Forget sitting in your car; this is a peaceful, beautiful little sanctuary with gorgeous flowers and a relaxed vibe. It was the perfect place to stretch our legs and savor our breakfast. My wife had a "vegan green swallow" - house baked focaccia with pesto, hummus, veggies, avocado. She loved it. I had a "Hammonds", with egg, ham, cheddar and jack cheese, on that same wonderful focaccia. Real ham, not pre sliced store grocery store sliced ham....
