A few days ago I decided to pick up our order as I figured delivery would take longer than usual. Upon entering the store I found the manager, Keith finishing up a phone order. He checked on my order then told me I was early. He then proceeded to the back counter and began boxing pizzas coming out of the oven. The delivery guy came in the side door and Keith asked him to try to help me. I gave him my name and he began searching for my order on their computer system. He couldn't seem to find it but Keith told him it was there (then why did he ask the delivery guy to help me?). From there Keith grabbed some dough and began preparing a pizza, not sure if it was mine or another customers but as he was still without gloves since before I entered the store, I was shocked! I told him I wanted to cancel my order. I told him that he should be wearing gloves and asked if he had them....he immediately snapped back at me saying he was just at the cutting board! So that's an excuse for preparing food without gloves? Unfortunately this is not the first time I found an employee at this location preparing food without wearing gloves. A few years ago I encountered the same situation. I reported both incidences to corporate and got no response. This continued behavior is a serious health hazard! Consider the risk when ordering. **Also, both Keith and his delivery guy were wearing their masks below their noses! When I said something about that, Keith pulled his up...his delivery...
Read moreI ordered a small plain pizza and a cheesy bread. It took an hour for the food to get to my house. I called and the person used the usual excuse that the delivery car got a flat tire. When my pizza arrived I kindly took it. The cheesy bread was burnt. I paid $20 for a burnt cheesy bread and a SMALL pizza. If you're going to charge that much money for food, shouldn't it at least be there in less than an hour and edible??? I wrote a review similar to this one on the Domino's website. A few minutes after the review was posted I got a call. It was dominos. The person talking to me sounded like he had no idea what to say. He told me he saw the review and asked if they could do something about it. I asked for a free meal next time I ordered and they agreed to it. BUT THEN they say "Ok, so can you change your review" CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. THEY OFFERED ME A FREE MEAL SO THAT I WOULD CHANGE MY REVIEW. My experience with Dominos was terrible. Never have I ordered a pizza and waited so long and been talked to like that on the phone. The person was completely unprofessional.
PS they pizza wasn't even...
