Burger King — Restaurant in Manassas

There's a woman there that is rude as can be every time I go there and today was no different. I'm not going there anymore because of her. Asked me, after waiting for no reason, "you tryin' to order somethin'?", 'Yes' I answered, 'just an 8-piece mozzarella sticks', and then she turns her back. I was a bit set back and after another few minutes she goes, "Can you use the kiosk? Do you know how?" I was like, "yes, but I'm paying cash', She replies, "my manager doesn't want me to use the register'...Seriously? I asked for the manager and then she goes ahead and rings me up. At this point everyone knows to check the bag at BK... but this time was beyond the scope for even BK. Maria should NOT interact with the customers in the drive thru she was RUDE and very aggressive. You've got a real problem upper management. The owner should be absolutely ashamed to allow this to take place. Not only is she hard to understand but she is pushy and talked the other employee so aggressive that she just stood there and had no idea what to do or say. ATTENTION DISTRICT MANAGEMENT you should take a VERY close look at this BK and the employees you have here. It's only a matter of time before they sink ANOTHER bk franchise, maybe work this one for a few weeks to see what's truly happening here. ZERO...

This place is so horrible and its so sad bc its like 2 min from my home and I love burger king but cannot enjoy the one down the street from me. The mangers are clueless and rude. They are only there for a pay check could care less about their customers. Oh and don't leave without checking your bag bc a sandwich is always missing. I am beginning to think they do it on purpose leave it out for them to have but your paying for it!
