The lack of quality customer service at this location can only be achieved through determination and years of practice. It's actually pretty amazing. This place should be featured on Ripley's Believe It or Not. Meals are falsely advertised and it seems that they'll do anything to save the store a dollar. The only reason it gets 1 star is because I couldn't rate it any lower.
My Experience: I've been to multiple locations and usually order the same meal..which is advertised to come with a medium side. Never a problem. I come to this location..get my meal and realize that he had given me a small side. I inform the manager that they had given me a small by accident. She then tells me I'm wrong and I got the correct side. When I tell her that other locations are giving out the larger portion side I'm told "that's impossible". I understandably start to become frustrated.
I point to the larger portioned side pictured next to my meal on the menu. Maybe she's more of a visual learner...NOPE! She just hates her customers. She tells me that she doesn't know why they have that picture. She reluctantly just gives me the medium side of mashed potatoes so I'll leave. I'm frustrated but I'm hungry so I take my meal home. I go to eat my side and it's obvious that the manager dumped the small side into a medium container and filled it up the the top with gravy. She must have thought that I was blind or an idiot because there's no way someone wouldn't notice....it had the consistency of soup.
I recommend going here only if you work for Ripley's Believe It or Not and you're shooting a segment on how unbelievably bad...
Read moreI am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make the services due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would order chicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash & GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and then canceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the proper location by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! Read moreI would rate this restaurant a zero if I could. I placed an on line order at 6:30pm which said it would be available for pick up at 6:57pm. When I got to KFC the front door was locked but someone came out the back door. I went in and was immediately told the restaurant was closed. The drive through had a long line of cars. I explained I was doing a pick up for an on line order and the place erupted with angry staff. The order could not be found. I got in the drive through line and when I finally got to the order box at 7:38pm I was told they were closed. Two cars ahead of me had been served. The car in front of me and the 6 behind me were also told the place was closed. On line shows them open till 1am. Why close at 7:38? At least post a sign saying the place will close early on such and such a date or send someone out to let people in the drive through line know that after car color or number(whatever works) the drive through will close.
