Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Manassas

Got an order on doordash which was a dash along the way order to Fairfax. Got a notification that the order was ready for pickup. It had like three items in it. I get there and it takes over 5 minutes to be helped, and when I asked for it the lady rudely pointed to an order with someone else’s name clearly on it and was like “that’s yours?” I said no and she ignored me and helped someone else then walked away when I was still standing at the counter. Not to mention she gave attitude to another delivery driver, saying “here take it!” And gesturing to the order. Okay so where’s my order? I’ve worked fast food and like I could just tell they didn’t even start on it. It’s a waste of time for us delivery drivers. We don’t get paid extra for waiting for an order to be ready. It also pulls down our ratings and often times customers will give us bad reviews if we’re late to the drop off. At this point I was still there five minutes after the latest pick up time so I dropped the order. Since it was a dash along the way order and I didn’t get to complete it I almost lost my Fairfax time slot which would’ve meant I couldn’t work. So anytime they wonder why delivery drivers get so annoyed with them, here’s why. I get it. Working fast food isn’t for everyone. If you don’t like it there don’t make your bad day everyone...

Somehow this place misses tha fact that 760k+ folks in the USA have died from Covid-19. I pulled through the drivethrough tonight to see the storeworkers wearing masks under their chins, exosing their nose and mouth. And a nother worker had the mask under her nose, but not covering her nose. If the establishment does not want to take Covid-19 seriously, I seriously suggest to dine somewhere else. Also, I gave them my order and when I was handed my order the cashier said 'It is all in the box'. Somehow I was uneasy with the way she said that and was going to look inthe box, then she rudely said, again, "It is all in the box.' And it was not! I had orderderd a Dorrito Taco Supreme, which was not in the box. I suggest that you 1. Find a place that wears masks. 2. Make sure the workers are not rude or high on weed. 3. Check your purchase. And for now, find a different Taco Bell...

Fantastic Experience at KFC!!

I had an amazing experience at this KFC location! The chicken was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous, making it well worth the visit.

We had two order of 3pc, side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes ♥️♥️♥️perfect dinner.

The service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring our order was prepared quickly and accurately. A special shoutout to the young man and the lady who assisted us they were both so kind and welcoming, which made our visit even better.
