Ordered a cheeseburger with no onions at the drive through

Received a cheeseburger with no pickles.

Went inside and asked for a cheeseburger with no onions

Was given the same exact cheeseburger with no pickles and now no onions

Went back inside and asked for a cheeseburger with no onions

Was given the same cheeseburger (now completely cold) with two very wilted pickles.

Went back inside and asked for a cheeseburger with no onions that wasn’t cold because they made it wrong twice. (It’s really not complicated to just make one without onions?)

Was given a stale burnt cheeseburger with dried out cheese and wilted pickles and an incredible amount of ketchup added (why?) so much that every single bite spills ketchup everywhere. At this point I gave up on getting a cheeseburger with no onions at this McDonald’s and left.

Update: They sent me a thing in the mail for a free sandwich, but it's only redeemable at their specific location, which I don't ever want to eat at...

Are you really giving your customers great service if you just take their money and tell them to park in a parking space until you are ready to bring their order out? Today there was absolutely no customers in the lobby or drive-thru when I got there. Placed and paid for my order the pulled up to the pickup window. Sat there for 3 minutes before another car pulled up behind to pay. They asked me to park, so I did. I sat there for about 3 mor minutes before the vehicle behind me was sent to park also, then another minute or so a 3rd car was sent to park. 5 minutes later an employee came out with 3 bags of food. Guess who was served last? That's right me, the person that ordered first. When I asked the employee why I was served last his response was "well That's how the kitchen does it".

This place needs to be reorganized, starting with new management because current management only wants to serve as many customers per hour as possible..... no matter how long they...

As I was there I don't remeber what time but it was after 12pm before 6pm. Two previous customers came up to the counter about the food not being correct and their sandwich bread being hard as a rock. I was thinking wow 2 customer complaints that close together. But o-well doesn't have anything to do with me. As I was waiting for my food I noticed this unpleasant smell. Like the water they wipe the tables down with was old. It was just sour in the air. So I get my food. Really! Wrong. My order was not right down to the cup size. I look at my receipt the cashier put the order in right but the bagger did not read it properly. I said did you read the order? There should be no salt on these fries, they should be medium, I asked for honey and S&S sauce, 2 nuggets not a cheeseburger and my drink is a large sweet tea with an extra cup, you gave me a medium.
