Food Lion — Local services in Manassas

So I just wanted to tell you about my TOGO experience, today was my first day using it and I highly recommend it. Samantha and her team exceeded my expectations and when things went wrong she took charge and made sure that I left happy. Apparently the produce truck was extremely late today and there were several things missing from my order. Of course when I spoke with her I was a little upset about that she reassured me that this doesn’t normally happen as I am a first time user. The way she took care of me and store was amazing. Not only did she give me a gift card but when the truck gets there she plans on giving me those items for free. That’s amazing but this is not why I am writing this review. It’s not every day that employees will go the extra mile when customers are upset and in distress they usually write you off and give you the quickest answer just to get you out of their hair. FOODLION here is very pleasant. It can get busy at time which means that there can be quite a bit of a crowd but for the most part it is fair. The associates are also very nice and helpful. They try their best (which can be noted) to keep a nice clean and well stocked grocery store. Their order and pick up service is also well. I get contacted if and for every adjustment needed to be made and is usually completed early! Prices are also fair and if you get their rewards program (which is free), you can really save some good money. You just have to keep your eye out on the specials and coupons. It's clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable and the selection of products is good. Friendly staff and convenient for me to get to. Update: like most places the supply chain problem has impacted this store but for the most part their shelves are pretty well stocked. There have been times their sale items have been out of stock but they normally get restocked before the sales is done. This is one of the stores I shop consistently. Even though inflation has now driven prices higher, I find that shopping the Food lion sales still makes food prices tolerable. Still a go to...
