Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Manassas

If you care about what your ordering and who you’re ordering from, avoid this store as long as this manager is there! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever dealt with! I ordered a 12 inch chicken steak and cheese with fries and can of soda. But what I got was a sub with just chicken in it no lettuce, hot peppers, etc. like I always get from other stores and it’s 8inches!! This is the SECOND TIME it’s happened, first time they fix my order and send the right one. I called to get my order and they can’t find it in the system. Took over an hour to find it and talk to a manager! I call back again bc I received two pizzas that I did not order. The manager picks up and I ask what to do with the pizza I didn’t order and still waiting for my order. He said send it back and so I sent the delivery guy back with the pizza. If I wanted free food I could have kept it and said nothing. As I’m on the phone with the manager I ask about my order I’m still waiting for. He said I paid for an 8 inch but that’s not my fault they got the order wrong but fine send me an 8 inch and he still refused to send me the order. He said I must pay for it and why I’m causing trouble for $10. I’m sorry it’s not my fault I received what I didn’t order. He tells me he can’t deal with me to call in the morning and speak the store manager. AND I ASK FOR HIS NAME he refused to give it and after 4 TIMES HE TELLS ME HIS NAME IS SALEEM! HE GAVE ME A FAKE NAME I call back knowing he gave me the wrong name because he hesitated to give it after 4 times, an employee tells me I was speaking TO THE HEAD STORE MANAGER MARWAN or something NOT “SALEEM THE NIGHT MANAGER”!!!! Food is good and all, but the delivery service is unsatisfactory. I say this because the delivery drivers are so picky with their tips. I know they earn tips and all but the fact they make mean comments when you don’t deliver good tips is so unsatisfied. Plus there was another time that a other delivery driver stood right outside my door when I didn’t give him enough tip right after I closed my door. He kept standing there for a good 2-3 min until I opened the door again and he said “tip” I said I don’t have enough money man. He walked away and called his manager or w.e

I also had another incident. Last night, 08/07/2021, I made a deliver order of chicken wings & a medium pizza; although, the only thing from the order I received was ONLY the chicken wings & not the pizza.. I called back to the store, but then the employee talking on the phone was being rude saying I never ordered a pizza & I was mistaken but that's not the case. I specifically stated I wanted a pizza & chicken wings in the order but they didn't even present with the pizza at the house. They couldn't handle the matter so I told them fine, I'll place another order for a pizza. Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered chicken alfredo and when I received it it also had mushrooms and broccoli. That’s fine, but I’m allergic to mushrooms. I was looking at their menu on grubhub then called to place the order. It doesn’t say on grubhub, nor did the person I placed my order with say that there was anything other than fettuccine, chicken or alfredo in the dish. I called back to ask if I could please get my money back, as I obviously can’t eat the dish. They said I had to take my issue up with grubhub, bc in all of their restaurants that’s the recipe they use. I get that, but if you’re going to give an outside app access to give you business, you should make sure your information is correct. I politely asked for my money back and instead got treated like it was my fault for not knowing their recipe and it was my problem.
