Aroma Joe's #140 — Restaurant in Manchester

I actually don't know how long this Aroma Joe's has been open I think maybe a year? I remember this area being an open lot.

My initial experience with this Aroma Joe's was not so good. I ordered a simple coffee with oat milk on the app, when I arrive at the store I was logged out the app and forgot what I had for the order name (I had not used my account in a while) so I gave my name instead of my order name, I spoke first to a young man but then a young woman butted in and started telling me I was at the wrong location and sometimes they get orders from the Aroma Joe's in Manchester, mind you I ordered from the app and followed the instructions, we were in Manchester, I confirmed with my husband because she was making me think I was in the twilight zone, I attempt to log in but they ask me to pull up for other people ( fair enough) I finally log in, GET BACK in line and then the young lady pops her head out the window and eventually said "figure it out?" In my mind, I knew all along she had my order, she knew she had my order...this was a game...I told her the order name and the she laughed so hard in my face, I tell you I almost lost my cool, I instead opted to ask for "my coffee now please" since I paid already, she sat at first window for 3 minutes smirking at me, I'm thinking she's going to give me my coffee but she instead tells me to move forward...(Okay? My drink?) She hands me my drink at the second window? Music chairs, or no...in twilight zone ...just for a coffee.

The highlight was that after contacting customer service I received a call from Ciara, she was wonderful and so understanding that it made up for the whole experience, we need more people like her. Thank you so much Ciara for being empathetic and providing excellent customer service for this location,...

Today, I went to Aroma Joe's and ordered two iced vanilla chais with expresso shots added. The girls asked me if I wanted to tip her when she was running my card. I think it's strange to ask people to tip you. It's not very humble to work that way, and I do tip workers, so I said okay, 2 dollars, even though I usually just put cash in the jar. She immediately made me regret it by asking me if I was doing anything fun I shook my head and told her no I'm working today and she said that's cool nice relaxing Saturday... obviously ignoring me. Then they did not give me the expresso shots. 17 dollars to be ignored and not have the caffeine I needed to even deal with that awful experience. I won't be back at Aroma Joe's to talk to the NPC and leave...

I come here usually on Saturday mornings and the staff is always lovely and very helpful. However whenever I come it’s always just one person working in the entire building. It’s no shame to them they’re always working very hard to get people through vastly as much as one person can, it’s a shame on the management for not fixing the issue. This has been happening for months at this point. It’s completely unacceptable for management to only let one person work this consistently. I hope it gets fixed soon cause I feel so...
