This is my local Burger King. The service is beyond horrible I've tried going into this restaurant multiple days and have always waited more than 10 minutes just to place an order. I've never had a chance to get a burger or food in the last 2 months because I have left the restaurant out of disgust and boredom from waiting so long.
The employees seem more intent on arguing with themselves than helping customers. The trash is always overflowing and the dining room is abysmal and dirty. Food quality in the past has been okay but I can't atest to the current state of the food properly since it takes forever to even place an order as of July 2018. I've gone to this location five times in the last month attempting to eat and have left each time disappointed without even placing an order.
It is clear there is problems with this location that Burger King needs to address. This location has been exemplary in the past but there is something with the current management that is beyond screwed up. If you're going to eat at a place on 2nd Street I recommend you bypass this Burger King and go up the street to McDonald's. Read moreI have 4 children so as every parent knows the ordering process can change at any moment with kids. When I apprached the speaker at Burger King on 2nd street I was greeted, I then asked them to give me one moment. Not even a minute after asking them to wait an employee got back on the intercom and asked if I needed additional assistance. I advised that I had a large order for 6 people and I was getting the last order and asked for another moment. The drivethru cashier/order-taker then advised, "We do have a drive-thru time that we have to meet.!!!" I advised them that I have worked their position as a teen and young adult and am well aware of the drive-thru time but would never dare metioning a time limit to a paying customer. I did not spend my money with them. I went to Wendy's and spent 60 bucks which is the same amount I would have spent at Burger King also. I called the manager when I got home to advise them of the occurance. I was calm and just calling back to let them know about the situation. Read moreI was disappointed at the Burger King on 2nd Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. Service was really jeopardized by a male server. It appeared that he was having a personal meltdown. He took quite a while to take my order, I was the only one in line. I had coupons for two Whopper juniors and french fries. While the man was having difficulty, he was pacing back and forth then he left the property and was outside having a cigarette. The soda machine area had not been maintained in a while; many of the beverages were out as well as the covers for the beverages. It was littered with General trash. The manager that was there attended to filling up the machines so that people could get their drinks. After about 20 minutes, I did get my Whoppers. As I was leaving this Burger King I noticed that the employee that had a meltdown and went out to smoke, also went across the street to the gas station to make a purchase. I will say that the cook at the French fry station made excellent french fries. By the time they got to me they were piping hot and delicious.
