I stopped by this afternoon to make an order to take home at 4:55PM. I gave my order and the young lady read back to me exactly what I asked for. I get up to the window and sit for a couple of minutes and then I am asked to move into one of the reserved parking spots to wait for my order. My order is finally brought out to me at 5:20 PM. I checked to make sure that the two 4-oz tartar sauces, that I paid for, were in the bag and they were not. I go inside to retrieve them and the tartar sauce dispenser in the building has not been refilled. So the young lady asked me if I just want several packets instead of the tartar sauce I paid for. I told her that I wanted what I paid for. I finally leave the building at 5:30 PM, after waiting for them to change the tartar sauce out. I get home and find out that the extra piece of fish that I requested and the two hush puppies that were supposed to be in the plate are not in the order. Read moreI went in for dinner on Saturday evening. It was just a little after 7. The employees where all out front and seem to be having a get together instead of working. Placed my order. Went to get my drink. NO TEA. They said its not been busy so we didn't make a fresh batch. Drink machine is filthy and sticky. Get my condiments no ketchup have to ask for packets. Just about all of the condiments containers where empty, go to find a table and there was plenty open. But all where dirty not wiped down. Finally found one. Got my food, half of it was cold or room temp. My fries looked like they had been sitting all day. The cole slaw smelled as if it had been soured. The fish was barely warm the only thing on my plate hot was the crab cakes that where cooked to order. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat and was one of the busiest place in Manchester for many years and it looks like it is on the brink of closing because no one is ever there. Read moreThey are understaffed and a front employee walked out because she couldn't handle the lunch rush. It wasn't even very busy for a Wednesday at a fast food restaurant. She was on her phone on the front line and a person in the back line was also on their phone. Most everyone inside that ordered had their order missing or something missing on their order. They gave away a lot of free meals that day as an apology. We had ours messed up also and we didn't get it fixed until we we're needing to leave. The food was really good and hot though. The cashier didn't know their menu. As I get a chicken basket which is 2 pieces of chicken and a side. She said they didn't have lunch specials or baskets. I've gotten the same meal at Captian D's for my entire life so I know what it's called.
