Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Manchester

My first visit at this location. I was not greeted as the only cashier was busy with customers in front of me. While waiting in line, I had eye contact, a couple of times I may add, with a young lady I believed to be in a leadership role because she was wearing a different shirt than the other employees. The customer in front of me had a very big order, and I noticed another customer had came in and was standing to the side, behind me. The young lady looked at me and then asked the customer who came after me if she could take HIS order. Of course this made me feel some kind of way and decided to walk away. We both had the chicken fillet crispy chicken meals. We were so happy we went there even though they were very busy they were fast on delivering our hot food! We even got a choice of 3 different cheese choices! Our chicken was hot, super tender, and crispy with whole pieces and 2 slices of tomato too. The bun was fast food typical bun. Our fries were hot. Cherry Coke was out choice of drink but next time a peppermint shake. Employees where hard working and friendly. They even had a short video for kids to watch. I've never seen the level of sass mouth teenagers like I have at this location. They're making the Chikfila brand look really bad. It's always the ones at the drive thru and it's all the time in the evening. Whether they're taking bad about customers amongst each other or being rude directly to you face as if you're wasting their time, this is night day from the one in Tullahoma. I know MULTIPLE people who do not come here because the service is so rude and instead make the trip to tullahoma. Also what's with taping the straw to the cup with the drink label???
