Consistency:
Last night I ordered a quad Venti soy caramel macchiato. It was made wonderfully and put me in coffee heaven. It was rich and creamy with a swift kick from the four shots of espresso.
This morning I ordered the same drink. With eagerness from the enjoyment of last nights drink I took a large drink from my fresh brew. Much to my displeasure I was left with a flat and bitter taste with no richness from the Caramel or creaminess from the soy.
Needless to say I was highly disappointed after spending over eight dollars on the coffee drink that inevitably landed in the trashcan after just one drink. As with any business consistency is key. Without it you have no true core business. Now I understand that there always be a slight variances as we are all human. But to go from one extreme to the other from night to morning to me is a sign of lack of training and/or dedication from management.
On a side-note, I will also point out that the price of the drink despite it being the exact same drink was a dollar difference between last night and this morning. Last night the drink was just over nine dollars but yet this morning it was just over eight dollars. I have no idea how that happened as the cup labels were the exact same and I ordered the exact same drink. Again, consistency.
Is Starbucks really worth the money? Without consistency it...
Read moreWent through drive through around 530 pm on Sunday, April 13. They told us they were 86'd on the Jalapeño bake. The brief "hold on, let me check, it's gonna be awhile" said the bald gentleman with tattoos.
Then to tell me they didn't have it. Kinda seemed like he didn't want to make it, either way, we moved on and ordered 2 coffees.
My iced lavender latte was CAKED with syrup and sediment at the bottom. Not a stir, nothing. Just sand and a latte. My wife's drink was fine.
I asked the gentleman again for two iced waters to which he replied "ok, but it's going to be awhile"
.....what? For ice water? Mind that there were no customers in the drive thru behind me nor in the lobby or at the line in the store.
Hate to use this term but this associate seemed very "lazy" and unwilling to fulfill simple and ordinary requests when visiting a Starbucks.
I'm extremely disappointed in the money...
Read moreI have always thought that the service was good. I don't know if it's under new management or what. But I went to get a coffee and was having trouble with my gift card. The lady didn't want to help me; they asked me if I wanted hot or iced. As I got to the window, it was hot. I said I asked for iced. She said, "Oh, they said that you didn't clarify." I said yes, I said they actually asked me if I wanted hot or iced, and I said iced. Well, that's not what they said. Then she told me to pull up, I got a caramel macchiato She brought it out with no straw; I had to pull over and go inside to get a straw. I'm just complaining because I've always been here, and they've always gone out of their way for customers. So if it is under new management, maybe they need a...
