Subway — Restaurant in Manchester

The person who took my order, Manisha, was very disrespectful. As someone who just ordered their food I am very upset and with my twelve year old daughter we agree that we’re never going their again. My daughter went to order a sub and tried to give my daughter a 6 inch, Manisha clearly got mad when my daughter told her she wanted a foot long. She didn’t even ask foot long or six inche. Manisha started putting the meat on my daughters sub angrily as if the meat did something to her. When it was my turn to order I told my daughter to order her sister a sub. Manisha barely asked me any questions when it came to adding Vegatables and would place everything down angrily. When my daughter ordered the last sub Manisha carried it out like it’s nothing she asked what bread but when she would ask what meat and cheese she wouldn’t specifically asked “what cheese.” Or “What meat?” She would just say what type how does she expect my daughter to know. When my daughter told her toasted Manisha just went on and acted how she didn’t hear my daughter. My daughter said it another time Manisha looked at my daughter and than kept putting it in the bag. When it came to paying I told Manisha “I’m paying for my food I’m not asking it for free.” Manisha was also being racist.I don’t speak well my English so I get my daughter to help me sometimes. My daughter and I realize when the people who were behind us were American she kept smiling repeatedly at them and saying how sorry she was she would ask them nicely what they wanted and everything else.I never act rude to people who are taking my orders but she really earned it. Very bad and rude customer service. Bought cinammon pretzel with cheese. I only eat it with cheese. Came to my car was trying to eat it but couldnt, cheese was so gross it was soured. I called and been told to come back, so I did. When I came in she opened and said u ate half. I told her I was trying it with my husband, I am not gonna spit stuff and bring it in. She called someone to ask if she can do return. Acted very rudely. I told her that customer service is number one. When I was talking she was talking over me. It's not my fault that cheese is bad, and I don't eat pretzels...

Tonight I was ordering my food they have 3 teenagers here. They were to busy talking to each other being loud and rude instead of taking care of their customers. They have their friends coming out the back that don’t even work here just back there hanging out. The man after me asked for fresh veggies because there veggies looked old and one of the girls literally yelled at the other one for more tomatoes and cucumbers instead of going to get them herself.
