I ordered food from here today almost 20.00 for two combination platters, that wasn’t the problem because we eat here often. This particular time I’m eating my food and bite into a piece of chicken with a long straight black string of hair embedded in it with the sauce covering making it look like part of the meal! I call the restaurant and talk with a lady and she asked for the receipt number so she can look it up. I tell her I don’t have the receipt in front of me at the moment I may have thrown it away but I could find it if that was a problem. She said without the receipt she couldn’t do anything except for me to make the fifteen minute trip back to the restaurant with my food in tow so they could make another one. Who would want another plate from a place like this? I informed her I lived a ways away and didn’t want to make a trip back at the time. There was nothing she could do. I would hope a restaurant would handle a problem like this better. That was the most disgusting thing to bite into, a string of someone’s hair. Only to be told there was nothing that could be done. So people take my lesson as a precaution to check food before leaving and to stay away from this place.ill attach a...
Read moreDon't waste your time, you'll be disappointed. I have never been to a Chinese restaurant and had (extremely) bland food before.
Ordered fried rice and it just looked like brown rice, no peas or carrots or egg in it AND no flavor.
Egg rolls and spring rolls had no flavor. Crab rangoon was cold yet hard as a rock and didnt have the hint of crab flavor.
I ordered bourbon chicken entrè and got a dish of mostly green peppers and onions with about 3 pieces of chicken in it that was unlike any bourbon chicken I've ever had before. Oh and also absolutely no flavor.
Finally the one thing I almost got my hopes up for. I opened up my pork lo mein and it looked delicious. Just like it should except ... it had no flavor. It just tasted like bland noodles.
Won't bother going back here to even give it a second try. I can understand one dish being bad or something but when every dish I ordered was tasteless, I'll probably end up just throwing it all in the garbage after I dont eat it and it sits in the fridge for a week. What a waste of $35.
Worst part of all was when I called to see if something got mixed up, the response I got was "Nope, that's just...
Read moreThis new restaurant in our small town is experiencing just a little growing pains as they struggle to keep up during lunch rush. Call- ins and walk-ins overwhelm the kitchen but will surely get better with time. This is a stand to order/ sit to eat layout. Very small dining area will have a lot of people carrying out. Your order will be served to you in the neatest little carry-out or eat-in tray and lid that I have ever seen.!.! If your order is to go, the lid will be snapped on, ready to go. If you dine in, the lid will be under the dish ready for you to snap on to carry home should you not eat all of your entree, which is highly likely given the size of the portions..! These carry out trays/plates are of a quality good enough for you to re-use at home over and over..! The counter staff is very friendly and anxious to please you with a smile. Have ordered the Singapore Chow Mai Fun and love it..! Don't know if I will ever try anything else on the menu! Well worth trying with a very reasonably priced...
