Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants, wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have a physical disability and this isn't always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn't know refunds and had to call a manager, who didn't help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever. So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction history it had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name) who proceeded to get angry with me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they "don't have the technology" to go phone refunds (again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn't ask for it.) Then she tells me that "Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?!" Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOW WONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tell me in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I am beyond upset and will be following up...

This used to be my favorite dunkins but it’s sadly gone down hill over the last year. Everyone who works here with the exception of Val (such a kind, sweet, accommodating woman) is always miserable and acts like it’s such a hassle and the end of the world when THEY mess up orders and have to re make them. Nobody pays their hard earned money to receive the wrong order! The woman who works on the sand which station, she’s always wearing a visor and has reddish hair is always MISERABLE, she’s got the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Customer service is not for her. Like I said, Val is incredible and deserves a promotion, a raise, the whole 9.. especially I can only imagine what she deals with, working with her...

The service and team here are exceptional! i just came in for take out breakfast and they were very friendly, took my order perfectly, and as allways dunks came through with a cupon offer for a $2 breakfast sandwhich with any drink purchase so that was a steel. i earned 80 points on my app too, now i have a free drink reward for next time! My iced coffee drink didnt come out the same as i got it last time so the manager was so nice and remade it for me in a different way without having to wait in line or pay again which i really appreciated it is christmas time and i know how busy they were and how hard they are working so thank you again, i appreciate you all!
