*Edited Review* 4 Stars! We Dined well over a year ago and it was quite aweful. But Tonight my family and I decided to revisit 900 Degrees based on its recent positive reviews. I'm very glad we did..the establishment did a complete 180. It was very clean and not dingy like I commented before. The staff was organized, friendly, and eager to be helpful. We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza, and it was DELICIOUS. The pizza was well cooked on the top & bottom. I really enjoy thin crust crunchy pizza. We ordered the Toscana salad, and it had fresh ingredients. We did not have the courage to revisit their wings because they were so bad last time, but we are hoping to return to try a few more items on the menu that disappointed us last time. To finish, we ordered a few desserts. Lava cake, cannoli, and a scoop of ice cream. The dessert was okay, nothing amazing, but I did the job. I'm very impressed with the come back here. *Old Review * I really don't know where to begin. We entered this restaurant to a very crowded lobby. You might say, ohhh great sign! No, it was crowded because the hostess was a hot mess and super unorganized. Since I had about 15 minutes to just stand around before we even added our name to a wait list I unfortunately noticed the establishments filth. Their ceiling fans are COVERED in dust and hanging cobwebs, the light futures at tabled were dingy and dusty as well. Okay now let's fast forward, we were seated and our waitress was kind and promt. We ordered Tuscan wings and Toscana salad. The wings were extremely under seasoned, tasteless and they tasted previously frozen. They only cook one side. The salad was the best dish we ordered. The pizza, we ordered the Margarita. The pizza sauce was okay but it was floppy. Nothing about that pizza makes me think their oven is 900 degrees. My daughter wanted the pasta with butter we were served Luke warm elbows ( we asked for spaghetti)with Rock hard chunks of butter it was impossible to spread. This place has alot of potential. I hope feedback helps improve.

I'm not a fan of pizza 🍕 but I purchased a discounted gift card when I saw "The Producers" at the Palace Theater 🎭 in Manchester. I didn't realize how popular this pizzeria is because it fills up fast on a Friday evening 🌆! The food and service are big reasons why! I had the Donatella, house made red sauce with mozzarella and Grana Padano cheese 🧀, roasted garlic 🧄 cloves, 🫒 olives, spinach and artichokes and fresh arugula and olive oil. I enjoyed eating the pizza and I didn't feel stuffed after eating. I had tiramisu for dessert. The only issues was the pizza slices were not cut all the way through and I wasn't offered a refill on my unsweetened iced tea. Enjoyable music 🎶 was playing over the stereo and I am glad they turned it down as the number of customers increased. Prices are high but the quality of the food, especially imported Grana Padano cheese 🧀, is worth it. My server was very friendly and outgoing. I don't want to mention his name 📛 because I don't want him to end up with unwanted "friends" on his social media accounts. I recommend this pizzeria!

Restaurant is a little hidden behind another building and has weird entry into parking lot though another parking lot right in front. Cool decor and vibe with lots of brick/stone foundation with beam & post roof. The Neopolotin pizza was really good. One of the best BBQ Chicken pizzas my son and I have ever had. The tanginess of the bbq sauce meshed perfectly with the fresh mozzarella, red onion, roasted chicken & fresh cilantro. The Margherita pizza was also very good, the fresh crushed tomatoes sauce was perfect & made pizza! Ordered wings for takeout which was kinda disappointing as it looked rushed and not crispy at all, but good flavor still. Son had the peanut butter pie and said it was awesome. Bar tender was great as well, as they were missing one of my pizzas for pickup and comped my beer I ordered while I waited which wasn't necessary as I enjoyed sitting at bar relaxing before got back on the road.

We've eaten here many times over the years but in the most recent visits both the food and service have been worse than in the past. It's also noticeable less clean. It seems like priority is given to the take-out and delivery orders while those eating in the restaurant wait and wait for their food. I literally watched at least 15-20 pizzas go past our table to the door in the 30 minutes time we waited for ours to come out and when it did it didn't have the wood fired flavor that it has in the past. Like they bought another oven and just baked it. No better than any chain delivery pizza but at twice the price. Won't be back again.

Updating this review on 8/2/24: We tried 900 degrees again last night and I am sad to say it was as disappointing as last year. Slow, rude service is apparently the norm now. From the hostess to the servers never an apology or any concern when we sat for over 30 minutes after ordering and no pizza came out. I should know to just turn around and walk out when you enter a restaurant and nobody is at the host stand. When waiting for a host to come up front to come seat you is how the experience starts it rarely improves. And for some reason despite there being two women at the host station the whole time we were there there wasn't anyone there when we came in and waited a couple of minutes to have someone come and seat us.

Then it took another 10 minutes or so for our server to come take our order. Then 35 minutes after that we got our pizza. I joked that we could have ordered from Dominoes and had a pizza delivered to our table from them faster than from the kitchen at 900 degrees. When it finally came out it was fine, but not worth the wait. The place is so loud and unpleasant to sit around waiting for food to come so it would be nice if you could get in and out eating just a pizza in less than an hour.

When I asked the hostess what she felt was an appropriate amount of time would be to wait for a pizza she stared blankly at first and then said "it depends on how busy we are"...wrong. You should know exactly how long is an acceptable wait regardless of how busy you are and if time exceeds that then someone should come to the table and explain what the problem is and when the food will come out. Just letting customers sit and wait for 30+ minutes is unacceptable. And when we arrived and ordered the dining room was only about 50-60% full so saying you were slammed isn't really an excuse.

And I know that their pizza used to be more of a rustic Neopolitan style with charred edges but these last two times they tasted just like the crust we get at Alley Cat.

$45 plus tip for an OK pizza and two glasses of wine is a lot for how bad the service is (we were informed the happy hour wine special is only valid at the bar even though it doesn't say anything about that on the drink menu where the happy hour...

Our friends have been telling us to try 900 degrees out for a while now. We finally decided to give it a try and were looking forward to it, even though the reviews were not the best. We placed an online order for 2 pizza's, and received an email, it would be ready in 20 minutes, got in the car, and drove 30 minutes from our hometown to pick them up. Upon arrival, I was notified by the two hostesses, that an email was sent to tell us our order was canceled. Unfortunately, I did not see this Email as I was driving and not checking email or expecting our order would be canceled, as I received a confirmation it was all set. I asked why the order was canceled, and was told they were too busy. While I understand, it may have been busy, I got there only 30 minutes after ordering and there was literally no one in the waiting area, and things did not seem very busy. I asked how long it would be to make 2 pizzas, and was told 20 minutes. I was confused why that couldn't have just happened 20 minutes earlier or why the website didn't just list they couldn't handle takeout orders at that time (or just say it would be 45 minutes until ready). It was now past 7, and we did not have a plan B. We eventually settled on food we didn't even want. We drove an hour round-trip for nothing and were all in pretty bad moods the rest of the night, as we do not eat out often, and were looking forward to getting takeout. I am not sure if I gave my phone number or not when I put the order in, but if I had gotten a call vs an email, it would have saved us a long drive. I sent an Email to the restaurant to express our frustration, and was told they would send me a gift card. That was on Feb. 13...I still have not received it. Sent an email last week to follow up, but did not receive a response back. My whole experience with this restaurant has been pretty bad, and just a tip, if you get takeout, you may want to call and confirm, they can actually fulfill the order so you don't waste your night...
