I do not recommend that you eat from here unless you want to get sick. I recently just ate from here. I had the large ox tail plate with white rice and plantains, and I also ordered a prime rib….. I did not get my prime rib. They threw a Samosa in which is not what I wanted 😭 and then they did not give me white rice at all. But basically the ox tails need to be cooked way longer. They were very tough and hard to take off the bone. There was lots of oil in the “ gravy” and not lots of flavor. The rice they had given me was extremely dry, and the plantains that they gave me were cut extremely huge so the insides of them were raw. I did not enjoy that and I will not be coming back. I am extremely upset because I received food poisoning because of this. Again if you eat here YOU MAY GET SICK I am not the only person who has gotten very sick from eating...

I honestly never give out reviews, let alone BAD REVIEWS, but the food here was just awful and I would not recommend to anyone. I ordered fufu and chicken curry, jerk ribs with sweet plantains, and samosas. The online menu said the samosas come with two pieces but they only give you 1. Had I known that, I would have ordered more since that was one of the only things I got that were remotely edible. The fufu was incredibly dry and crumbly and the curry chicken was so chewy it tasted like old chicken jerky. I’m not even sure how that’s possible because the chicken is supposed to be cooked with a curry sauce. The jerk ribs were good and well seasoned. However the sweet plantains tasted strongly of microwaved styrofoam, like they had just reheated them in the to go box and sent them on their way. I will not be...

Gonna be honest most of the 1 star reviews are left by sad sacks that expect the worker at the cash register to kiss their hand and tell them they're perfect and cook them beef Wellington to order so ignore those.

I got their at 1 am on Elm St wanting Mac and cheese. Didn't get that but what I got was some solid chicken and mashed that hit. Tyson at the counter was perfectly friendly and accommodating.

This spot is opened later than what Google says. Go there in person and don't order online. Be a decent person, accept some flaws, and enjoy yourself. For what I paid I can say I had a good...
