I would give them a 0 if I could. My evap fan motor in my fridge went right before Christmas. Called this place to see if they had a replacement part. The women told me they did not but had one that would fit instead. I asked for the part number so I could confirm it would fit my model and she told me she wouldn't give me that info, they “aren’t an information center” and that she has been “doing this 30 years”, but at the same time said she needs to see my part to confirm it would actual be a viable replacement. I’m never let down by this place, they always seem to go the extra mile and most importantly, show a level of product knowledge that’s always appreciated. There’s been two times I’ve been here without a model number and they’ve been able to sort out the part I’m looking for.

Additionally, when Fischer & Paykel discontinued a part they were able to source a replacement quickly and efficiently.

To the negative reviews here, if you’re buying a part, you always have to confirm it with the old part. Parts are CONSTANTLY being subbed, updated and made obsolete. Wrong parts happen in the best of...

Needed a cold water inlet valve for my LG Washer late on a Friday afternoon. I called and they had it. I did not realize they were cash or check only until I got there. The lady handed me the part took my contact information and asked that I bring the payment soon.

I fixed my washer but by that time they were closed. I brought in the cash early that Saturday Morning.
