KFC — Restaurant in Manchester

I originally tried going through the Manchester/Ballwin locations drive thru tonight to get my dad a KFC bowl for dinner. My parents have been to the Manchester/Ballwin location on numerous occasions and have asked for that particular item with mac n cheese in place of the corn (they're simply not fans of the corn in the bowl) and have had no issue. I went there tonight and asked for the bowl how my dad liked it- the woman taking the order told me they cannot do that. That there's too much of a price difference but could put it in a side order bowl and replace the corn with green beans instead. I explained to her my parents have had no issue getting it done at that location and others before- she said she'd ask a manager and told me to hold on. I sat in my car and watched through the window as she STOOD THERE and DID NOT talk to anyone then she had the audacity to tell me her manager said it isn't possible. I laughed and told her forget my order, I'll just go to a better location. Every time I've gone there, I've had one issue or another. Their staff is typically extremely rude or unhelpful but their location is the closest to where I live.

I drove twice the distance to the Fenton location and went inside where a wonderful young lady was at the register. I told her my order and asked if the change from corn to mac n cheese was possible even if there is an upcharge (would have gladly paid the difference). She told me there was no issue making the change after I explained what I'd just gone through at the other location. She said she was amazed by my experience at the Manchester/Ballwin location and said "maybe they were just having a bad day". She handed me my change and told me she'd be right back- she went and made the two KFC bowls herself! (No one else was behind me in line at the time.) She was so sweet and made sure her customer was happy- I will gladly give them my service every...

Wow! Not in a good way WOW! This is WOW this place should be bull dozed down so no one else can ever be subjected to the worst service and food ever again! Turn it into a liquor store! Got a tenders box anyway that wasn't chicken it was leather and small my good you charged premium price and I got prisoner quality! Whoever the girl at the window WOW Honey find a new career field drive through window at KFC is not your calling! Ended up throwing 2 tenders sorry 2 shoe leather tongues away Biscuits! Hockey Pucks! They spent a load of cash on the building but forgot 1 important thing! TRAINING WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER INVESTMENT! MY ADVICE GO TO CHURCHES CHICKEN! This place sucks! Save your money buy a hungry man chickens TV dinner guarantee it will be Better if the Col was still alive and ate there the only chicken they would handling would be chopping heads off and plucking them for someone that could cook and give better service! Normally, the food and service is always good at this location. But was rather displeased on my last visit. It was still early evening, around 8pm. I ordered the 16 piece tender meal, in the drive-thru. I was informed that it would be about a 4 minute wait on the biscuits. I pulled up to the window, paid for my order. Waited a couple minutes, then I was told that it would only be a few minutes longer for the chicken tenders and was asked to pull around by the entrance doors. Where I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes. The girl that brought out my order did apologize for the long wait. But I feel like they could've at least offered me a free drink, a couple free cookies, or a coupon for my next visit, or a small discount on this order.
