I come to this location every Friday. They are usually pretty busy but bust through the line quickly and they are typically very friendly. Lately, they have had the slowest, laziest rude workers. I came in to get a mini burrito bowl and while ordering my bowl, the girl behind the counter stopped my order to start the next order behind me. She then proceeded to complete the girl behind me in line’s order before finishing mine. After I paid for my order, the cashier walked away to start another order and left my bowl behind the glass on the prep table, no lid on the bowl, and didn’t give me the drink that I ordered. I had to reach over the counter to put the lid on my bowl and take it and also grab my own drink. From behind the counter. Neither worker seemed to care about this as they watched me grab my bowl after waiting for a minute and didn’t say anything. The bowl was also messy and had salsa and queso leaking over the sides and sour cream all over the outside of the lid. The workers here have no sense of urgency and no respect for the customers or their job. As someone who has been coming to this location once a week for a year, I’m very disappointed in the “service” this store is producing the last several months. I will say, there is one worker who has been there for a while and he is always hustling and trying to keep things moving. Even when it’s busy and stressful he’s always friendly. He is the one and only redeeming quality of this location. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at Qdoba. If you can help it, stay far away from...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this particular Qdoba since its opening, so it's with great disappointment that I write this review. In my recent visits, particularly on weekends, I've encountered a recurring issue - the dining room being closed. This was my third such experience. Previously, the restaurant wasn't even open, and now there's a sign prompting customers to order online.
While I understand the need for operational changes, consistency across Qdoba locations is crucial. The shift to online ordering feels abrupt and inconvenient, especially for those of us who prefer the traditional dine-in experience. It's frustrating to arrive expecting to sit down for a meal, only to be redirected to a digital platform. This inconsistency in operation feels like a misrepresentation of what Qdoba has always offered.
As a result of this ongoing issue, I found myself going to Chipotle instead. I hope Qdoba reconsiders its approach and remembers that not everyone prefers online ordering, especially when they're already out and about. In a competitive fast-food landscape, preserving the customer experience is key, and unfortunately, in this case, it has been lacking.
I really don't think I will be back. BTW when i am paying for an expensive over priced meal i want call out my order not figure out how to do some elses...
Read more8/12 at 7:30 went in for carry out. The two employees were using small cups to scoop all the ingredients because they were trying to close early and were washing all the normal spoons. The younger of the two took about 10 minutes to make my order which was three items. I asked for brown rice and he said they only had white. Didn’t have hardly any veggies and wouldn’t make more. Kept asking me over and over what I wanted, couldn’t remember what I was ordering. Clearly didn’t care. “Wrapped” my burrito in a way that fell apart when I opened it. My 9 year old was looking at me with her mouth open wondering why I wasn’t freaking out. If I thought saying something to this kid would make a difference I would have. Earbud in one ear, makes me sad to think there’s hard workers out there trying to find work and then experience this. The other employee put three orders together around the other one while he was working on mine. Wasn’t going to say anything because I understand trying to close early but when I saw they close at 10 I had to say something. I go to this location about once a week. Super...
