Sbarro — Restaurant in Manchester

I usually love this place. But after today and the service I received from the woman who was working I’m starting to think I may not come here again. This woman took my order and was pleasant at first. When I asked for garlic sauce she didn’t even know if there was any or not. Well there wasn’t. When it was time to pay all she said was put your card it. Nothing lit up so I didn’t realize I was putting it in the wrong spot. Well apparently I was and she yelled omg it goes right here seriously. She ripped my card out of my hand and shoved it into the chip reader. She then proceeded to grab my food and not even as if it was for here or to go. My soda was barely 3/4 of the way filled and she threw my food on the counter and didn’t even close the boxes. Front is seldom staffed, even at 11:15 am when the mall is slow. Miserable, stoic, snooty young lady looks absolutely HATES her job. Does not smile. Does not greet. Does not speak. All condiment containers up front are empty and absolutely DISGUSTING to the touch. Some dude who serves spaghetti and walks away. I wait for another 3, 4 minutes all alone up front waiting for an associate to provide me some grated cheese. Dude disappears out back, fills the grated cheese dispenser and SLAMS it down on the counter in front of me. "One grated cheese, coming up!" I demand a manager. So im a delivery driver. I picked up at this location for the first time today. One of the staff members was fairly rude, i hadnt said anything to them at all, so i didnt deserve attitude, i just approached the counter, and the girl prepping food, (tattoos and dark red hair), approached the registers holding a pizza and asked "Doordash?", and before i had the chance to reply "Yes, picking up for..." She basically threw the pizza on the counter, said "Here ya go.", Turned and walked away. I said "thank you" and almost left with just that, but the other girl caught me and said there was one more slice.
