DO NOT BUY from the store in the mall. I purchased a floor model ILE Feb 02 2018(From Danielle, she is one ofthe nicest associates there) , was told to be at the mall at 5 or 530pm(Whichever worked for me) on the 25th of Feb to pick up the mattress. I arrived at 5, was told i had to wait until the mall closed, so i had to waste an hour of my life, at the mall. Upon getting home and starting to build my new mattress(which took me an hour), i found out I was missing the right side air chamber. So i had to sleep on the floor. I went to the store the next day, spoke with Steve(the big bad manager, he isnt very professional and very conceded) he gave me a new air chamber, exclaimed how impossible it was that i was missing a piece(even though i checked every box and piece that i got)and I received no apologies or sympathy for what had happened, or for sleeping on the floor. As i walked out i noticed the air chamber he gave me was a left side air chamber,(which i had already)and i needed a right side. When i walked back in(i heard steve speaking poorly of me and being frustrated) i asked why i got a left side and that i needed a right. Steve told me it would be fine and just to put foam in between my air chambers(because i just have foam laying around for the off chance i need to jerry rig a mattress. NOT TO MENTION ITS A NEW MATTRESS I SHOULDNT HAVE TO MODIFY ANYTHING TO MAKE IT WORK) so after talking with sleep number Cust. Support, they expedited a right side air chamber which arrived 2 days later (3 days sleeping on the floor total). I absolutely appreciated the kindness and sympathy that Cust service showed me in the very frustrated state things were in, and they were lightning quick to fix the issue and made me a very happy customer thus why i rate 3 stars. This store also told me they'd be shipping a new mattress top to my address, and after 2 weeks owning the mattress, I yet again had to call Cust service because no one ordered it. This is by far the best mattress i slept on, but the worst experience i had buying a mattress, and I don't bash sleep number at all, just this store in particular. TLDR; Dont buy from the Manchester mall location. Missing pieces, unprofessional managers, and lying about pieces...

The reason I say buyer beware is that the delivery service was 1 or 2 stars, bad. Edson and Reuben showed up and started doing their thing. One of them spoke no english at all, the other one barely could. They began by dragging my old mattress across the floor to my spare bedroom, not cool. They didn't set up the old mattress in the other room, it was only a futon and it wouldn't have been too difficult. Anyways then they come in and begin to set up the sleep number bed. They start rudely just unplugging my things from outlets and plugging their own things in without even asking. They even turn on and start using my fan without asking at all, pretty rude, they also semi damaged the outlet adapter I have and the plug for the fan by crushing the bed up against it. The one who spoke no English was also picking/catapulting scraps of food out of his teeth with some kind of picking device throughout the experience.
Then at the end they show me pretty much nothing except how the remote works, the one who kinda spoke english asked to use the bathroom, I said OK (At least he asked), he urinated, didn't wash his hands and then they left.
Overall I like the bed a lot. The delivery service however was no good. Either lack of training or the company doesn't care but I would recommend to put the bed together yourself, I watched them and it looked pretty simple. Just set aside an hour on your day off. Hope this...

The sheets are very pretty in color, and very soft to the touch. I canāt wait to try them out. But I havenāt put them on our new mattress yet. Why you might ask? Well because I havenāt received it yet. It was meant to be delivered on September 2, and according to the system, they tried to deliver it. But there was never a knock on my door, nor a truck in my driveway. I was on the phone with customer āserviceā for 4 hours and they finally got me a new delivery date. A month later. Now I have to wait until October 1 for the bed, even though Iāve already thrown out my old one to make the delivery manās job easier (last time I try to help someone else!) Iām stuck sleeping on the floor with my bad back and bad hips for a full month because one person couldnāt be bothered to do their job and get out of their truck or knock on the door. For eight grand, I would expect better service. We shall see in 30 days if I rewrite my review when I can actually give the sheets a chance.
