Ordered via app. Waited in drive through for pick up. Was told that they did not have the order. I drove to the window. On my phone, I showed the girl the order and the fact that it said ready for pick up. She said she'd start making the order for me. Then the manager, Paula, came to window. She told me the order wasn't in the "system" and they weren't going to make it. Wait what??? I showed her the app on my phone and the fact that the order showed "PAID and Ready For Pick Up." She again tells me that it isn't in the "SYSTEM." I get out of our vehicle and walk up to counter. Paula argues more with me while trying to give me a lesson about the Taco Bell app. I ask her if that's my order on the counter? IT IS!!! (Again, on the counter. IT IS). She continues to lecture me about how the app works and/or doesn't work. All the while the order WAS/IS in her system. My food continues to get cold. I finally get the food. No Apologies!! Read moreI normally don't mind if it's busy here or takes a bit for my order. But tonight I walked in instead of drive thru and although I was acknowledged by a staff who announced my presence to the rest, there were 3-4 staff "hanging out" at the window just chatting. They'd made eye contact with me yet continued to just chat. I could even hear them begin talking about how they have a QR code on the new shirts and how to ring it up, but seemed to be purposely ignoring me. Eventually at least 5 minutes later, a cook started telling them how they need to move if they're going to gab because doordashers will take pics of them slacking if they're by the window and patrons are already getting upset (it was a full line outside). Eventually a cook came to take my order after the chatters disappeared. The same service was given to a guy who came in after me waiting to be served as I waited for my order.
The guy who took my order was friendly and efficient, and same to the lady who gave me my food. But I'd rather go back to the guy who couldn't take an order correctly than to be flat out ignored by three staff who don't...
