I have ordered many times from Vince’s here in Manchester. When they first opened they were flawless, respectful and eager to please their customer. I’ve ordered 3 times since July. July: I was charged more than what the special was and was advised “our mistake we placed the wrong price on it but it is the right price now” September: I order the seafood eggs platter. They said “we never received your on line order and shrugged their shoulders. We can have it ready for you in 3 hours. Here for Xmas: I ordered the Holiday 2 package that was advertised for $135 on 12/23. I get there to pick it up they charged me $188. After I said their fb page said $135 (I understand tax)and showed them the advertisement. She said “their advertisement on Monday on their fb page was wrong at $135 that was last years special”. They made no attempt to make things right off of their mistakes the first or third time. People take your hard earned money...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered crabs, corn, and paper. Was told they did not have any males so I said I would take females. I was told to b there at 6 and stay in car they would deliver, provided vehicle description, tag, and cell phone number. At 605 female came out to verify order with her face mask around her neck. She approached my window and was less than 1 foot. Scary. I had face mask on as required by law. She came back at 610 to clarify, mask on neck. She came back 620 to clarify again. 625 I attempted to cancel the order after seeing car loads of people get their crabs. Advised they would b ready in 5 mins. Found out they did have male crabs but wouldnt let me order them even after the wait. Server still doesnt have mask on face! We finally get crabs delivered to truck. I noticed there was no paper that I paid for. She went back to get it. Got home and didnt have full half dozen of...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent dining experience. I spent over $120 on what I can only describe as subpar food.

The crab imperial was particularly unappetizing, with an overwhelming mayonnaise flavor that detracted from the crab cake. Additionally, the serving size for the $28 dish was quite small, and the taste did not justify the price.

I also found the crab pretzel to be unsatisfactory, and the cheesesteak was excessively salty. While the fried oyster was not enjoyable, I will say the pasta was decent, but overall, the high cost did not reflect the quality of the meals.

In hindsight, I believe I would have had a much better experience...
