I placed an order on the app, that specifically stated this address. I even had to set up this address as my favorite, as it is only three minutes away from my house. Somehow, the order went to the north causeway Smoothie King. I went to the Florida st location to pick up my order and was told they didn’t have it yet. they stated that it takes 15 minutes to get the order after I placed it. I asked if I should go run to Whole Foods while I waited, and I was advised to do so. I drove all the way back to the Florida Avenue location only to find out that my order was at the North Causeway location right where I had just been. I was told by the owner manager that I incorrectly placed the order and that he could do nothing because the app is through a third-party. They have no one 800 number, and even when you go to try to correct the issue, there’s no options through the site the website , for the complaint that I had, there was also no way to get a refund for my order from either location. could not get any information from anyone at the Florida store, as to how to cancel the order, how to resolve the issue, or how to get my money back. The manager/owner, Robbie Bankston, not only told me that I’m the one who made the mistake, but in addition there was nothing that he would do about it. The other day I ordered A smoothie that I get almost every week and it tasted off. I went inside and let the manager know that it did not taste the same.
