Getting tired of app/order ahead orders failing. This is about the 5th time I’ve ordered, PAID, drove across town and expected what was promised and I have to call the team inside on their phone number and they’re CLUELESS about the ordered altogether.
I had to contact the credit card company twice to get a refund. But they said I’d have to wait 15 business days for order to get refunded.
I contacted sonic customer service hotline and got a hostile rep who wouldn’t spell her exotic name for me and she eventually hung up on me after asking 12 times to spell her name. Even tho I had to provide my first and last name, credit card number, and order info she wouldn’t trouble herself with spelling her own name.
WAY too much trouble for food and drink. I had to sit on phone for 30min with different reps and companies trying yo get a refund on food I paid for and wasn’t made. Much more wasnt even seen in their upcoming orders. Much more I drove across town for when app said it was ready and all was good to go.
If your app doesn’t work. If you have failing orders and your hassling your customers with failed orders and no delivery and no help when customers can’t get their PAID for products, STOP USING THE APP to take orders. It’s nothing but a hassle and failure.

I give sonic another try but always ends up a gross food experience from the looks to the taste and if I special order I get home to a messed up uneatable item. Today I wanted a cheeseburger with no pickles and no ketchup I get home around the corner open my burger and it is cold and has been pickles and mustard pouring out all around tator tots the (7) I had in the box cold! Who wants a cold cheeseburger and cold tots? I bet if I showed them the food they served me they wouldn't eat one bite, a real waste of my money they need to take more pride in the way they prepare and serve food , it's only this location I have had sonic in different states and never have food served unsatisfactory as I get at the hwy.22 location, going to bed hungry after spending $15 on food...
Read moreIt seems every other time I pull in to this location their card machine isn't working. So today I pulled in, pressed the button and got an incoherent response that sounded something along the lines of "card reader broke". I asked her to repeat what she had said and she said "Welcome to sonic can I help you." So for verification I asked if their card reader was down and she responded with "I SAIIIID welcome to sonic can I help you!?". I've never been talked to like that at a drive thru/drive-in anywhere. This is one of many problems I've had at this location and it is the last straw for me. Won't be coming back....
