I ordered my food at 6:15pm...the guy told me it would be 45 mins. An hour later I tried to call them got a voice mail service saying the voice mail is not set up. So I waited another 30 mins finally at quarter to 8pm that 1 1/2hrs later I decided to call again...got the voice mail again so I leave and go to the restaurant.. the girl behind the counter says the driver just got to your house they should have told you it was going to be an hour and 20mins. I said call your driver tell them to bring the food back I want to cancel my order. She then commented that the driver tried to call me. I said you should turn your phone on so customers can reach you and your driver would not have to call people. This place is not a restaurant, it is a take out kitchen, operate by family members, very amateurish. Food ingrediencies are of athe lowest quality, they barely have any customer so they "chinsed "on the quality of the food. Cooks are amateur household kids. Price is expensive. for the same amount you could have a better meal at a real restaurant. Avoid this place. Nothing good to say. I ordered the Chow Mein, It was horrible, my version at home using instant noodles were much better. Did not return, but had a taste of it a second time from a friend who ordered the sweet and sour something (chicken or pork) I'm not sure... AVOID! BUG FOUND IN FOOD!

My husband just picked up an order from there. Our 1st time eating at this place. I found a BUG in my sweet and sour sauce!! We called to let them know, and we received a “thank you for telling us” and the person hung up. My husband called again to say it’s unacceptable and we wanted our money back. Whomever he spoke to (manage I suppose), said “ok, just bring the food back and I’ll credit you”. NEVER has a restaurant or fast food place in my life wants the food back once it’s left their establishment. That says A LOT to me. Gross!
