Gallagher's Pub — Restaurant in Manhattan

This is a cash only establishment, absolutely no credit, or debit cards. They do have an ATM machine for your convenience. The place is a local dive bar serving food, with slot machines, pool table, dartboard game, a decent size bar, small outdoor patio and live entertainment on certain days of the week. The problem starts right at the front entrance. You can't even get in because most of the bar patrons are hanging around by the front door smoking and drinking, at times completely blocking the front door. The beer selection was not good, to make matters worse, the beers were just cool and not cold. The service was terrible, it took me around 20 minutes or more to get a beer and the bar was not even crowded. After I got my beer and drank about half of it, I went outside to answer a phone call, left $16.00 on the bar counter and my beer glass together, when I got back to my spot, my beer was gone and my money was pushed to the side. I never got an apology nor another beer to replace the one they threw away. The bartender that night, clearly doesn't know how to properly operate a bar. Came here for a quick bite to eat and to play darts. The website needs to be updated since the prices are wrong. Ordered some drinks but seriously their Tito’s is watered down. I like to order a Tito’s and cranberry but I can never taste the Tito’s. My bf orders a Jack n Coke and I can smell the Jack across the table. When ordering food be sure to ask for napkins and silverware, etc… because they don’t bring them to you. You have to search the bar to get some napkins. My bf tried to ask for napkins but the bartender kept ignoring him. 🤷🏻‍♀️We ordered the mini beef tacos (tasted like cat food tacos) and the sad looking chicken tenders. One piece was broken but they still put it on the basket to make it took like “extra” pieces. My bf asked the girl who brought out the food for another round and she rudely said “she just brings out the food. Nothing else.” And like I said, napkins don’t come with your food.
