Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Manhattan

First let me start with the delivery person was great! The food was good. My issue is I called to order and very disappointed. I’ve ordered on MULTIPLE occasions a pizza and I add a jumbo slice for my son. Tonight I call and I first ask if they have Jumbo slices tonight (sometimes they don’t)- I’m told yes. Then we I start my order I’m transferred to someone else. I then give my pizza order and ask to also order a jumbo slice. I am then told “per the manager you can’t order for delivery “. I think it’s ok if I’m picking up an order to get the slice but tonight No for delivery. Seriously. It is a slice?! Which you sell?! But not tonight?! It’s not the only thing I’m getting. This really put a bad impression in my mind. I loved ordering from you previously because my son could get that jumbo cheese slice and we could order our thin crust pizza - we enjoy thin crust where he loved your slice. Except today your manager said no. Not sure why- but you lost our business. In a market with so many competitors you really...

This place ruined my love of Rosatis. My pizza showed up with a bare center by this I mean that there was no cheese, no sauce, no toppings in a 4inch radius at the center of the pizza...Called and complained and the very ignorant manager insisted they made it correctly. So I continued to explain to him what the problem was, in which he continued to insist it was correct when it was not. He offered 20% off the next order then IMMEDIATELY said 15%. I asked why he went from 20% to 15%? And my answer from him was getting hung up on. I wanted a refund anyway, the pizza was not right, and the chicken sandwich ordered looked like a Tyson microwavable breast cut up and slapped on a bun. Needless to say I'd never order from here again, and I'm trying to get corporate to intervene since I've seen many of other...

I have ordered from here 2x just moving to Manhattan in March. The first time was great, I ordered an antipasto salad and I couldn't believe how good it was!! It looked like the pic. So we ordered tonight and I wanted that awesome salad...I got it and it was missing many of the toppings (it had onion, slices of tomato, and some ham). So I called, he tells me after 1 more delivery they would bring me a new salad, a correct antipasto salad. Well an hour and half later and still no salad, I call asking where it is and he says oh yea, 1 more delivery and he'll bring it. When I say you told me that 1.5h ago he says you can come pick up. Now I just spent 60 bucks on food, paid for delivery and tip...why should I go pick up an order YOU made wrong to begin with!?!?!...
