Placed an order for curbside delivery. Received a message it was ready before I arrived. Once there I check in and wait 15 minutes before I decide to go inside. I politely let the staff know their system may not be working properly, as there were 4 additional vehicles waiting to pick up besides myself and no one was taking food out to them but was ready and waiting, however there were 2 employees sitting not working. As I exit the store a young worker yells behind me ‘have a great day!’, but not in a kind manner. It was like ‘so sorry you needed to get out of your car lady’. Now look- in my profession I stand hours on end on concrete floors and just wanted to sit down on my way home to feed my young family. I phoned the store to let the supervisor know and guess who answers? The same young lady… who paused for a second before lying and saying she was the supervisor. No remorse on the phone despite telling her I was not informing the team to be rude- I simply wanted them to be aware of the situation.
Also- when I walked in the same young lady was dropping curse words chatting with her coworker while working. I’d suggest letting her know her conversations are not private when working in an open atmosphere like...
Read moreOrdered a pizza. Payment was taken. App said it was being prepared. Receipt email said to expect delivery in 20-45 minutes. It gets to be 12:13 am (50 minutes) and all of the local dominos show as closing at 1:00 am. I call. Phone system says they’re closed. I try to report a problem in the app and it says that you can only report a problem if the pizza was marked as having left the store. It’s now 1:15 am and I still have no pizza. And now it’s too late to order from anywhere else.
UPDATE: Not only did I never get my pizza, I called back the next day and they can’t refund the order until 4 days later when the GM is in. There is also no headquarters/back office phone number. You can only create a ticket or email, which I did the night I didn’t get my pizza, and I still haven’t heard back.
UPDATE…again: I got a call back from the GM who wasn’t supposed to be working today. He confirmed that they refunded the order (last night actually because it was too busy) so I should have it back in 48-72 hours. They just don’t send out any notification when they refund orders.
Overall issues: lack of proactive communication & understaffed for volume of orders & poorly assigned security...
Read moreThese past few months have been really difficult for me. My life kind of blew up and it seamed like every part of my life was up in the air. I was dealing with major anxiety and depression and actually ended up in the hospital due to my mental health. And, not to sound super corny but, this Dominos was there for me with constancy, reliability, and decent people interaction. There were times when a free pizza after buying 6 was literally the only source of food that I could get but I wasn’t mad about it because I knew that this dominos would provide for me, like they have countless times before. I’m grateful to the staff here and the reliability of consistent products. When everything else in my life seamed unsure, a dominos pizza really made me feel better. Still does!
