El Patio — Restaurant in Manitowoc

Worst dine in experience in my life! Not to mention the overcooked food cooked in what seemed to be months old oil. After waiting almost an hour for our food (we were the only customers), all 3 of us had to choke down our meals. There were 2 kids running the show, I'd say 8 year old boy and a 12 year old girl. The parents showed up to the restaurant just in time to help bring the food to our table.The service we received was next to nothing. I only gave a 1 star review because I couldn't select no star. Ordered off of there google web site online delivery someone called immediately to verify which is stated on the web site and 70 minutes later with a hundred dollar order I called to see if they were on there way as it states 50 to 75 minutes. Was given wrong items when I ordered a doordash pickup called restaurant told "mention next time you come in we'll take care of you" go in and mention it and they blow it off and say "you ordered wrong item last time" when I still have proof I didn't.
