It was clean and the staff was totally awesome as well as accommodating. I know there's a few other places I could've patronized but Globe Laundry is hands down the best self service laundromat within a 20 mile radius from it's downtown Manitowoc location. Crazy thing is that when a business operates with high standards of customer satisfaction as does Globe, it attracts customers with high standards also. Staff was very nice and helpful when I dropped off and picked up. Unfortunately when I picked up and she told me my dress (which was a normal cotton sleeveless dress, no frills was $14.50 for dry cleaning!! Unbelievable price gouging. I moved from California recently and these prices are double!! She said a regular ladies shirt was also over $6.00. Pretty decent place to go wash your clothes at. The small washers are pretty cheap. The lady that owns it keeps it pretty clean and you must wear a mask when your inside. They have free wifi, plenty of washers and dryers. I have never had to wait for either one, there's always enough open when I'm there.
