Manitowoc Pho & Grill — Restaurant in Manitowoc

The restaurant was great. The service people were kind. We ordered special pho, special papaya, spring rolls, and teriyaki chicken. My kids loved the teriyaki chicken. The pho was clean and not thick, which is great for a hangover. They bring out bean sprouts, basil leaves, jalapeños and lime for the pho. Everyone likes their pho differently but I would say overall the pho was good. Definitely can be improved. The papaya was amazing. Springs rolls were awesome. I loved the peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls. All the portions were of great size. They were plentiful with the meat as well. The bathroom was clean. I would say the restaurant should fix their setting though, such as the interior design to further suit the the type of food aura they are offering. Overall we are very pleased with our first visit. I hope the consistency stays the same. We will definitely stop by again when we visit...

Super friendly staff food was absolutely amazing! This place needs to stick around forever. Pork dumplings were to die for.

UPDATE- 11/7/23 Yall this place is so amazing. The food quality is just as good when I initially left this review months ago when they first opened. I have been back several times and I am always so satisfied. However, they blew me out of the water when I seen a sign that says no one needs to be hungry and if you cant afford your meal they will provide you with a meal item and charge it to themselves. In a world of so much bad and greed, its amazing to see a little place like this give back to their community. You can donate money to them for their "fund" by simply going down there and telling them you would like to put money into the "neighbors account". I would seriously give them all my money all the time if I could....

Food was ok, a bit pricey for the quality. Food took forever 40 min wait for 3 people place not busy. Pho was average nothing to brag about, I asked for rare beef meat it came overcooked. 2nd order Beef pho came out as combination pho. chicken wings were good, boba tea was good. Clean bathrooms. Flies flying around but I guess that's any typical Asian cuisine place. Host/server was friendly. Only major disappointment, the crying tiger dish, I asked for medium rare but came overcooked well done. Meat was dry and tough, didn't finish the plate. Crying tiger made me crying customer.
