worst experience in a long time. drinks delivered, no olives in my beer. reminder made and food ordered. (redeemed points for 20 wings and fries asked waitress to make sure we did correctly.) chip n dip delivered... no plates, napkins, or silverware... still no olives. wife finishes her drink and orders another. 10 minutes later replacement drink comes with a side of olives. then the food shows up. then we ask for silverware because we need it to eat our wings. 5 blazing wings ordered to have my 7 year old try. Parmesan garlic, blazing, tai curry, asian zing, all together on a plate wrecking half of them as none of us actually wanted the blazing wings. and i absolutely hate parmesan garlic. so out of the 30 wings ordered (not including the other 20 also ordered) about 10-15 are actually eatable (because i will eat tai curry/asian zing even if those sauces are mixed. the fries are over done and sat on a warmer forever. All that we checked were completely hollow fries. i ordered a second beer with olives. 15 minutes later it shows up. still with no olives. at this point we are all done eating and waiting for the check and boxes. but now i need to finish another beer as well. Manger tells us we can't use our already redeemed points for the wings and fries as it's not dine in available. Even though it says absolutely nothing about that anywhere. As much as i wanted to leave all the food there and walk away i still paid the $100 that was all worse than mc donalds. You have lost our buisness for life. been going down hill for years and i gave it one more try...

The food was decent....our purpose was to go and order a bunch of wings to share amongst everyone (we ended up getting 60 total traditional wings)...plus a few extra items such as a cheeseburger, cheesecurds, and fries. For most of us, it was our first time there in years. When ordering the wings our waitress wasn't very helpful. We wanted different sauces for our 60 wings....when we were telling her increments of 5, it wasn't until we were done that she said we ordered too many different sauces as they need to be ordered in incriminates of 6...and only 4 different sauces with any order. She knew we were ordering multiple sauces with the wings and instead of directing us or letting us know how to do it properly after we started ordering incorrectly....she just sat there and didn't speak up. Ultimately when we got our food, the ordered was messed up and we ended up getting 6 extra wings because of the mistake. It's not that we had a bad experience.....the food was good, and our sever just did her job (she wasn't rude or overly nice...but she was busy and we were just another table....which is fine...we just wish she would have been paying attention to our order better so she could have helped us...instead it resulted in confusing after placing our order.) Overall, I'd go back for the wings...but our visit was just...

Service was absolutely horrid. I had both my young kids with me so we were trying to make it as in and out as quick as possible. When we got our food all of our sides were wrong. We wanted wedges and got chips and my son wanted fries and got chips. Took over 10 minutes to fix and then when we were ready for our check we noticed our server sitting by the rest of the servers just laughing and not paying attention to not only our table but her other tables near us. We weren't the only ones from the looks of it waiting on her. We did have a manager stop over and check on us. I don't remember his name but he wasn't wearing a red shirt like the rest of them it was a lighter grey one, but he was very rude. Made us feel like it was our fault that our sides were wrong and he didnt give us any discounts or anything on the items even though it took some time to fix them. Very disappointed in our experience because every time we've gone in the cities its been nothing but amazing service! Both our server and the manager did a POOR job making us feel taken care of.
