I used to love this caribou but it has gone down hill. I continue to get drinks that are not full. I understand when you shake it, it gets a lot of foam. But this is ridiculous and I'm tired of asking for them to put more in my cup and them being surprised.

I don't normally pay for coffee, I make my own but this is a must stop when I visit Minnesota. Drinks are all delicious and we stop almost daily when I'm there. The service is great, staff is always friendly.

I used to love this caribou but it has gone down hill. I continue to get drinks that are not full. I understand when you shake it, it gets a lot of foam. But this is ridiculous and I'm tired of asking for them to put more in my cup and them being surprised.

Staff and coffee is awesome at this location. The only thing I have to complain about is getting the wrong size coffee frequently and when I get the coffee they do not fill it up all the way, it is only about 3/4 full. So when I pay for a large I am getting a medium in size. Overall very nice and friendly place to get your coffee but more often than not we do not get the correct size...

This location is so wonderful! The entire team is so friendly and positive. Everyone seems to love working there even when they are busy. They always make my drink correctly and they are quick.
