Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mankato

I went on a Thursday at dinner time, my mistake. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread, I had to wait, which is fine. There were 4 people in front of me. We all watched as the next 6 people came in with other simple orders like ours, get their pizzas in front of us and walk out the door. All 4 people in front of me had to ask about their pizzas and then got them right away when asking. So I followed suit after a 16 min wait and watching 4 of the exact same order as mine walk out the door in front of me! The manager seemed to be the only one in front working (and he was actually working really hard to clean up what the girl at the register was doing). This place is basically fast food pizza. The pizza is not that great, but it is damn well cheap and fast. Although if you go at peak times, it's not always that fast. They don't seem to be able to do a great job of keeping up with the demand during the busy hours dot-dot-dot but that happens at a lot of fast food pizza places like Domino's or Pizza hut. I think that the pizza here is as good as Domino's but not as good as Pizza hut, but less expensive than both those places. First, ordering on the phone was rudely cut off to.be told "I know how to spell Amie." Yea, we'll ya didn't cause it was Amy. Names matter to people. Second, I ordered the extra most best and what I got was just a simple regular Pepperoni Pizza. I took it back and the manager (a little 12 year old!!!!!) Told me that was the EMB. Yea well I wasn't happy and found bare spots. I paid for an EMB I want my money's worth. She called the owner who did not answer and she still refused to fix anything.
