Every single person employed at this establishment is absolutely phenomenal. Always smiling, and making the most of their workday. Always, ALWAYS super polite and friendly, welcoming and attentive. I've never had to really wait for an order and if I did, someone still got with me right when I got there and let me know what was up. I've only eaten there once, and it was only because my doordash customer had changed their order, and so they had already made the original order, and it was no longer an order, just an extra, and dude was like "yo, you want these (whatever it was)?" And I was like taken a back! Like no way, are you for realio? Free food? What kind of question is that!? The answer was heel to the yessir imma take that and thank you very much. If what I just said, is against topper's policy, or going to get any employees in trouble, then I'm lying, that never happened, and I have a very overactive imagination, nice to meet you. Anyways, this is a super cool little hole in the wall place, with awesome vibes, awesome people, and awesome food. So go here, every time it's an option, go here. If you don't, you'll never be able to escape the what if, or even forgive yourself for being so selfish as to not grace the place with your beautiful presence, and quite honestly if that's the case then I don't think we can be friends anymore. Brings a year to my eye, kinda like the absolute-one-of-a-kind-shockingly-mouthwatering-abrubtly-makes-you-lose-your-train-of-thought-most-delicious-smell-youve-ever-tasted-pure-food-fanaticky-pizza-lovers-wet-dream-make-you-literally-slap-your-mother-and-maybe-frolick-through-a-field-of-flowers-naked-aside-from-the-kinda-lame-flower-crown-you-made-yourself-like-some-kinda-gosh-dern-fairy-daydream-of-euphoria-type aroma that hits you like a brick right in the nose when you walk into toppers pizza....
Read moreI put in an order at 6:39 PM, and missed a phone call from the delivery driver due to a household disruption, I called him back as soon as I could to see what the problem was, the clock read 7:18. He explained that he was unable to get into the apartment building because he didn't know which buzzer to use, so I told him ( the buzzer numbers are not well labeled, so I could understand.) And he said he would try again when he got up here. An hour went by, still no sign of the driver, I called the store to inquire about his whereabouts, I was told he had found our road (odd since he had already been here, and should already know where to go.) and he would be here in 10 minutes. A half hour went by, I called the store again, I was told that he had been unable to get in and unable to get ahold of me, I informed the lady on the phone that I had spoken to him over an hour ago and told him exactly how to get in. She put me on hold, and presumably spoke with him about it. She got back on the phone and informed me that he had gotten my order confused with another order that had been unreachable and returned to the branch. She told me she could either give me two free pizzas for the next order, or send him out right away with them. I told her simply to send him back to my place. She apologized and hung up. As of the writing of this review nearly 30 minutes after that conversation, we still have not...
Read moreVery disappointing service back on the night of August 23rd. As a Toppers connoisseur - Topperstix generally comes with a sauce. If not asked what type of sauce the customer would like; nor specified - is it safe to assume classic marinara would be included?
Regardless, after a $70 order and a plethora of topperstix at our disposal, we don't have any sauce. Honest mistake as the associate didn't ask as they are likely prompted to do while entering the order.
Now, what really pulled my heart strings is when I called the establishment (4 minutes away from our house) to voice our concern, hoping that someone would just quickly drive back over some sauce. Much to my surprise, I was left with an abrupt, “Oh... yeah, a sauce was not specified on this order. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a good night.” - Hung up. Not even the slightest attempt to MAKE IT RIGHT.
Safe to say, Toppers lost a...
