Subway — Restaurant in Mankato

I'm sorry to write this but to the girl working at 9 am on June 19th 2022 you need to do better. The sandwich was cold due to the frozen rottersie style chicken in it or you didn't use the toaster right, the bread was good but the inside was cold to the touch from the outside of the bread. I microwaved it when I got home ( I live .1 mile away, Neighbors basically) but then it was soft and soggy. Cookies were in the wrong place (labeled wrong) and I asked her "idk if i'm seeing this right but I think your cookies aren't in the right spot" and she said "I know" as if she didn't care. Now I can understand that if she was busy but the parking lot was completely empty and nobody besides me and my fiance and the worker were there. Only 1 sandwhich was ordered btw. I have worked retail and understand that time and tasks can be difficult to perform in a timely manner but this was just careless. I went in there tonight to simply buy a sandwich as a quick meal, worker there was super cool guy but it was only his 2 week on the job and they left him alone there, to close, and as of a result i was unable to redeem a coupon for my sandwich sincehe was unable to figure it out, doubling the price it would have been. i am a college student so i dont have much money to begin with. absolutely horrible management if you leave a new employee there by himself when he still hasnt been taught basic managerial tasks like entering in a coupon.
