PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Mansfield Township

Very disappointed.....

First of all let me say I love primo hoagies I've been going to them a long time different ones, and I was very happy when this came to my area.

Unfortunately, this primo hoagies in Mansfield is not up to par with the others. First off they have no olt option for just a veggie hoagie with no meat or cheese. Of course they can fix what you like, but it's charged at a higher price which it having no meat or cheese it should not be that expensive. Also the bread, both times was stale, onions tasted like they were going bad, this is not what I'm accustomed to from primo hoagies. Very disappointed !since there's none in the general area I would have to go to Rockaway( I believe that's the closest one?) which I will go to when I'm in the area.

Of course it's better than Jersey Mike's or Subway, but I would not recommend going here.

Very disappointed. Do not go there, go to the Wawa up the road.

I gave them a second chance and went back sandwich was terrible very little lettuce, bread was stale,onions tasted like they were old

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. almost 30$ for 2 sandwiches and soda, not even the big size subs. the guy at the register didn’t even greet us when we came in, not to mention he looked like he just rolled out of bed and i was so grossed out that he was making sandwiches like this after we had ordered. not in any sort of uniform, hair a mess… girls are standing around on their phones like there’s nothing to be done meanwhile there’s crumbs and food all over the floor and tables. fast forward we get our sandwiches, mine was made incorrectly and both promo size subs weren’t even cut in half, extremely lazy. we had to rip it in half to eat it. the kid from the register then sits down behind us and starts eating a sandwich he just made, obviously made correctly for himself. so unprofessional. the subs were also basically all lettuce and toppings barely any meat.theres no music or anything and it was honestly awkward to sit and eat lunch in here in silence. this place is terrible. save your money and go to jersey mikes...

I usually don't write bad reviews but here we go. We went on a Monday at 12pm. When we got there, there were 4 people who already placed their orders. The menu has a broad selection and we ended up getting three hoagies and 3 sodas to eat in the store for $45. A bit pricey for me. It took them 40 minutes to get our orders to us. 40 MINUTES. This is not a restaurant; sandwiches should not take this long to make. They had 8 staff members so they were not understaffed. We did not have a long line ahead of us, as we came in right before the crowd would arrive. When we finally got our order, the meat was dry, they hardly had any lettuce and the tomatoes were sliced so thin, you could see through it. They barely put any mayo on one of the hoagies and the bread was a bit hard. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this place. The town has better hoagies at any of the other shops. If you really want to eat from this place, I suggest you order ahead of the time and pick up your order as eating in is not a...
