Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mansfield Township

I didnt think that Taco bell on a Wednesday would be so busy. The line was around the corner down the drive way into the street traffic. But that wasn't the issue because I understand people are hungry and they love Taco bell. What my issue was with one of the workers there. Tall, Caucasian, blond hair bun and I believe glasses who told a man that seemed to work for ubber eats, who was waiting at the door for his order, that he had to go all the way to the end of the line to pick up the order for that starving customer. See I too was there for an order pick up and as soon as I heard what she said I was like, Im outta here and rushed back to make the line. Thank God for a nice Samaritan who let me back into line, had it not been him, I would have had to wait at the bottom of the line. So, my 4 stars goes out to a worker at Taco Bell. I did not get her name but she seems to be Hispanic and has pink hair and is very very polite. She was very attentive as i gave her my dash order and she was very polite and quick in handing me the order at the pick up window. So those 4 stars go to the pink hair Hispanic young lady....

Apparently my punishment for being vegan is having a 1 in 5 chance of my food being made correctly. I never order through the drive thru, I use the app. I don’t understand why there is always such a miscommunication because my order is typed out for them and not spoken. I try to come at the non-busy times but it doesn’t matter, this team does not care about the quality of their work. If you live between Mansfield and Ledgewood, choose the Ledgewood/Succusunna location. They can read and won’t punish you if you want your food made correctly. The worst thing this store and company does is make the customer come back out for their food if it is made incorrectly. They refuse to refund you. If you do eat from here, pull over and check it first. I have been burned one too many times by this place and it will be my last time. Thank you Taco Bell for making me quit Taco Bell. As a brike college student i was frightened when i realized i ordered cinnamon twists and saw they were not in the bag upon the delivery as a meal. Again as a college student even 1.20 is like 1/4 of a meal I don’t have money to loose. Additionally when i get cinnamon twists i’m obviously already a sad college student that needs to stress eat deserts and was heart broken open this discovery. My friends also were betrayed when there deserts were also missing. The only reason i’m still not completely enraged is due to the gift brought my the gods that i DID revive .. the baja blast . DO BETTER AND GIVE MY CINNAMON BACK ITS MY ONLY WILL TO LIVE THAT AND THE FACT OM AM EXTRA DOLLAR AND A HALF IN DEBT ON TOP IF MY SCHOOL SMH .
