I order frequently from this Dominos, and up until recently I haven't had an issue. However, I feel their quality is failing horribly as I have had issues the past two times I have ordered. The first time I had ordered a side salad, and they were sold out. I was told by the manager there would be a credit for a salad put on my account, but it never happened. No refund, and I'm out $5, irritating but not a huge deal and not worth kicking a fuss up over. Today I ordered again, and the pizza I received was absolutely horrendous. Undercooked, no sauce on 90% of the pizza, and over a quarter had absolutely nothing. No sauce, cheese or toppings at all. Even worse was that it had been cut, which means someone saw this, cut through it, and made the decision to send it out anyways. I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to talk to them about it, so I reported an issue through the app (offered a few extra reward points, which using them means you can't use any other coupons), and am now posting here as a warning to others. When I got to the store to pay for and pick up my order I asked why it was so much more than I was told. I MIGHT expect sales tax except I carried out my order, but I was not expecting almost $1.25 more then I expected. I asked about it and tried to complain and I was just told "oh, well you know what it was, your anchovies were a premium topping... oh yeah and your bacon was a premium topping too. I could MAYBE understand Anchovies, but not bacon, bacon is a very common topping. Also, excuse me? I tried to explain that the website didn't tell me they were premium toppings, there was no warning, not even a list of hidden charges, just "Oh... well..." My wife ordered a pizza on Sunday 4/2 at 8:03PM and the app said 44-54 minutes, so just before 9 was expected delivey. 9:15 hit, and the app wasn't updating our order, so I decided to give the store a call. By 9:35, I was still on hold, so I got in my car and drove to the location. When I walked in, there were 3 people working and apparently they had 50 pizzas down, and to my amazement, as loud as a morning dove outside my window on a summer day, the loudspeaker said "CALL WAITING ON LINE 1" I showed my phone to the front desk and said that's me! All I/we as consumers ask, if the phone rings in your business, answer it. What was going to happen is our order would have been done by 10PM and they would have come knocking at 10:30.
