This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a coffee shop. I went here because I have drove past it every day and my mom told me her and her friend loved it. So I wanted to try it. I went through the drive through and there were cars in front of me that ordered. I sat there for 7 minutes waiting for someone to come to the speaker. Nobody answered. I pulled out of line and decided to park and go inside. I really wanted to try their coffee. I was dressed in baggy sweats with my hair pulled up and a baggy jacket. Not very presentable but that’s why I went through the drive through in the first place. I had a LONG day ahead of me of some work I had to get done before a deadline. As I’m walking inside and approaching the cashier a man cuts in front of me and looked me up and down and gave me a disgusted look. I didn’t say anything and just let him go ahead. After he was done ordering I got up to the cashier and started ordering my coffee. After it came for the point of me to pay I pushed “no tip”. I shouldn’t have to justify why I didn’t tip but I don’t see why coffee shops nowadays are so entitled to tips when they get paid hourly. To me it ridiculous. Anyways, as the girl went behind the counter after I paid she said to the other girl that was making the coffee and said “She didn’t tip” the other girl then comes around to look at me and said “Figures”. I was in a rush to get the stuff done that I needed to get done that day but that is why I’m here writing this review now. That is completely unacceptable. If you’re that mad over someone not tipping a dollar then you need to go find another job. What they didn’t take into account is how I was sitting at the drive thru for 7 minutes and nobody took my order. When I left the coffee shop the people that were in the drive through before me and had ordered before me were still in line waiting for their orders. I will never be going here again. I shouldn’t be judge by the way I dressed or because I didn’t tip. If they were nicer and maybe would’ve done their job then the outcome may have been different....

I recently visited Java Lounge, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience that surpassed my expectations. The place has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home, and their coffee is simply fantastic.
When I walked in, I was immediately drawn to the warm and comfortable ambiance. The seating arrangements are cozy, and the overall design of the place is really nice. It's a perfect spot to hang out and relax or catch up with friends.
Now, let's talk about the coffee. Java Lounge really knows how to make a great cup of morning coffee. The coffee has a rich and full-bodied flavor that's hard to resist.
While the staff members were friendly and helpful, I did notice one thing they could improve on. It would be nice if they all wore the same uniform. It would give the place a more professional look and make it easier to spot staff members when you need assistance. It's a small thing, but it could make a difference.
One suggestion I have for the Java Lounge team is to welcome customers when they come in. A simple smile and a friendly greeting can make a big impact and make customers feel appreciated.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting Java Lounge. It's a hidden gem that offers a cozy atmosphere and excellent coffee. With a few small improvements like staff uniforms and a welcoming approach, it has the potential to outshine even the famous Starbucks. Give it a try, and I'm sure...
Read moreI always notice that the parking lot at Java Lounge is full and the drive-through seems to be busy as well. My wife and I were curious about why the café is so popular. We decided to visit early on a cold Saturday morning before going shopping in Arlington. Java Lounge wasn’t crowded yet, so we had a chance to explore the café and take photos. Our first impression was that the interior design was inviting, comfortable, and upscale. The windows, lighting, and seating were all tasteful, giving the café a high-end feel. Despite being located next to FM 157, a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet. Although the crowd hadn't arrived yet, it was hard to imagine young people parking their laptops all day in such an elegant setting, especially since there were no universities or office complexes nearby. As for the coffee, it was excellent. I even took a photo of a board that displayed the employees' favorite coffees and teas. I ordered a chocolate croissant, which was good but not as great as everything else. My wife ordered a blueberry muffin, which was delicious. The service was wonderful. If it weren’t for our shopping schedule, we could have stayed longer in the elegant and relaxing café.
