Kosta's — Restaurant in Mansfield

The inside of this bar is very nice. Plenty of room bathrooms are clean. Outside area very nice. New door guy from last time I was there he is very nice. Ordered wings and bacon ranch fries the usual guy was there cooking and it was amazing. The one older bartender was still there but the other younger one wasn’t. We missed the younger dark hard girl she was always so friendly and her drinks were great. She always went above and beyond to help us decide on mixed drinks. The older lady behind the bar she is always dressed sloppy and looks dirty. She was outside smoking and she didn’t come in and wash her hands she is coughing all over everything. She drinks behind the bar she isn’t nice to many people that comes in. She always seems like the customers are a bother to her, she doesn’t suggest new drinks. She is just a rude person. Seems like she is the only one the owner can keep but maybe the other bartenders keep leaving because of her maybe she is the problem. Get rid of the problem and get the nice bartenders back. I have given many tires coming in hoping that someone new or better is behind the bar but the owner keeps her. They are hardly busy enough to stay open. Maybe he should get rid of...

I didn't have any food here so I'm not going to rate it, though everything looked and smelled delicious. This is the first time I had ever been there, and I walked in to a welcoming environment unalike a bunch of bars in the neighborhood. Not sure how this place is normally... But went here before a state semi finals HS football game. Seriously?? You had to know the place was going to be packed before the game... How about having the place property staffed! I felt bad for the staff that was there and trying their best. Owner and/or manager...
