M Donuts — Restaurant in Mansfield

Okay so, I'm giving this place 2 stars only because the lady behind the counter cooperated and gave me my money back.. but oh and all this place is definitely one star from my experience because there was mold on my Donuts and also the milk was Sour. And as I was telling the lady all of the stuff that my Donuts were moldy and my milk was Sour she was steadily putting all the donuts back in with the other Donuts that were displayed and the customer next to me was getting grossed out and was like "those are bad, you know that right?" But she kept ignoring us and then finally she understood that I want my money back all of my money back and she gave me my money and I said thank you and I'm sorry and I left well when I left the donuts that I had complained about we're still sitting in the display thing with the other Donuts that were "freshly made" and the customer that was in there when I complained walked out shortly after me with a disgusted look on her face so I'm guessing she left the donuts in the display thing with the other Donuts and did not throw them away I'm guessing.... anyways I don't know how this place has a 4.7 star on the reviews but in my experience I will not get this place over at 2 Star and it should be a one-star honestly but I'm being nice.. the lady had no embarrassment or anything she didn't care that she just put those donuts that I had in my hands and almost in my mouth and then back in the bag and then in her hands and then sat next to all the "freshly made" donuts to be resoled .. that is just gross and I don't think she really seen the problem in doing any of that but just warning everybody this is real this just happened to me and I can't believe my eyes. Thank you for reading my review and I feel sorry for the M donuts shop because they definitely need to rethink their decision about letting her sell Donuts.. maybe someone else but not her cuz she don't know the rules I'm selling food...

I have been going here since as long as I can remember and I've lived in Mansfield since 1996. It has the best donuts, prices and customer service hands down. The same Baker has worked there since the beginning most likely and his wife as well. The ladies that have and the ones that still are bring a smile to your face and make you feel like the donuts were made just for you. You'll always get extra donuts holes regardless of if you ordered any or not. The place is always packed, has numerous rewards (that should be the case!) and you'll never stop going. Outstanding donuts. Seriously I’ve been looking for this larger and “poofier” donut for years. This is not your standard cheap tasting donut that leaves a film in your mouth. From now on, this is my go-to for donuts!
